Offer troubleshooting support for "Download History: Process Hangs"
- Have initiated a download of account history
- Later, received an email with an embedded button that navigates here: https://www.waze.com/account/download_data#
- Download never initiates --- just have the spinning frisbee forever. Edge, Chrome, Vivaldi.
