Very irritating problem

I am using an iPhone 14. Waze constantly starts itself without me opening the app. This interrupts meetings phone calls video I’m trying to take and my sleep!
Can someone please tell me how I can prevent this from happening otherwise I will have to delete the app. I have used Waze for years and never had this happen before.
