Dashcam which offers possible navigation support has all things like speed etc rear and forward. Here is the idea ai. Image recognisearion which links with a phone I did this simply with raspberry pi python and a YOLO I made it ping when police were in view maybe it's possible to make it mark them up on the app real time option to enable disable this feature for privacy make sure it only sends a gps ping location and don't do it in a radius near somebody's house fully anonymous reporting with this dashcam links up with the app so it has internet access. Maybe also make one for a helmet for bikers aswell. Make it detect different things like roadworks maybe etc but police seem to be the easiest atleast from my experience attempting this.
