Stationary Vehicle on Road
Suggestion: Add a “Stationary Vehicle on the Road” Alert
I regularly encounter vehicles that have broken down or stopped unexpectedly in the middle of the road. These situations can be dangerous, especially when approaching at higher speeds or in poor visibility.
Currently, there doesn’t seem to be an option to report a stationary vehicle blocking or standing on the roadway.
I believe adding a specific alert, such as “Stationary Vehicle on Road”, would be a valuable safety feature. It would allow drivers to warn other road users in advance, giving them more time to slow down, change lanes safely, or avoid a potentially dangerous situation.
I think this would be a useful addition to Waze and could help prevent accidents and improve road safety for everyone.
