Vertical graphic buttons
First - vertical buttons allow a safer reporting since the horizontal require more attention because a road bump can cause you to hit the wrong button. The vertical is ergonomic. My finger is vertical, I do not turn my hand to hit the button.
Second - Consider making one green and one red or a checkmark and an X. You could do both.
