Text car driver by the car number
send messages to a car owner by their car number. Things like "your lights are off", "you're blocking the parking", "your window is shattered"

Whenever I pass a car whose brake lights are out on one side, or whose lights are off at night, I would love to be able to send the driver a short message to let them know. Preset messages that I could tap an option to send, like "Left brake light out" "Right brake light out" "Turn on your lights!" would be much easier than tapping out the whole message while driving.
