Esta claro que el aviso solo se produce si, a determinada distancia del radar un supera la. velocidad maxima. Esto tiene su lógica... no molestar con avisos inoportunos. Pero si uno aumenta la velocidad después del corte... no se avisa, y se llega al radar superandola.
Pará explicarme mejor... El aviso de un radar de 40 km lo hace 2 cuadras antes, si es que uno va a mas velocidad. Pero si 2 cuadras antes uno va a 30 pero en la siguiente cuadra va a 50, el aviso no se hace.

Good luck with that, they refuse to listen, makes perfect sense and something easily done, give the user the option, sound on or sound off, for Cameras.

for the life of me I Cannot understand why Waze users do not have the option to choose if they want sound alerts ON or OFF for warnings such as speed cameras. seems like a no brainer yet Waze has stuck their head in the sand and refuse to listen, I for one have had enough of this stubbornness, I drive Uber for a living and am going back to Tom Tom amigo, as have many of my Uber mates, that offers me this option, goodbye and good luck.

I see perfectly the speed limits in the app and in android auto.
What I don’t see, is the speed limit for each “speed camera alert”

For example in my country there is a 130km/hr limit, and in 50 meters you have 5 signs to reduce to 40 km/hr.
When I see the physical alert or the waze alert, its late. The speed camera took a photo and a fine was sent.

My suggestion is that the speed camera alert, must be shown in the speed camera alert itself, thi is the max speed expected while crossing the camera position.

If I am at 130 km/hr , and if I see that the camera takes photos for more than 40 km/hr, I will take the necessary time to reduce velocity so as not to be with a fine.

Currently, the warning is only displayed on the screen, often there is not even an acoustic signal.

You only notice it when you look at the display.

How about installing acoustic warnings for every danger, including radars with voice announcements.

You should have his eyes on the road and not constantly on the display otherwise this app makes little sense.

Add an option to sound alert for speed camera even if traveling below the speed limit.
This option can be stopped if the driver doesn't want to be annoyed, but it is fundamental to have this option, so many driver and i too had this problem: we forget about the speed camera and take a ticket, we need to be alarmed, the tolerance limit in Austria is just three Kilometers above speed limit.

Add an option to always alert about radars, not only when above the speed. Sometimes, you don't get the alert because you are below the speed in the threshold distance, so if you suddenly speed up, the the radar will catch you anyway.

My suggestion is to be able to set 5 miles below speed limit 10 miles below speed limit etc.. so that drivers can be alerted before they hit the speed limit. Also, it should announce in english rather than just a beep because right now it just beeps and sometimes easy to be ignored. Thus it should announce like "please reduce your speed" etc.. should be able to announce this to the desired sound level..

E' un navigatore ECCEZIONALE: io lo uso quasi ogni giorno e sono super contento. Mi piace la grafica e tutte le varie opzioni che possiede. Suggerisco, però, che si accosti anche un messaggio vocale in prfesenza di AUTOVELOX poichè, non sempre possiamo vedere il messaggio grafico che ci avverte poichè, sovente, siamo presi dalla fretta e da mille altre attenzioni che la guida ci obbliga. Fate uno sforzo e vedete di migliorare il modo di annunciare anche con messaggio vocale la fatidica presenza degli autovelox!!! Grazie infinite per il Vs impegno.

Perchè non accompagnate anche con un messaggio vocale la presenza di AUTOVELOX e non solo con un messaggio grafico?

I would like to have an option to select for Speed Camera Voice Alerts to sound even when under the speed limit. In the UK we have smart motorways which often reduce speed limits and so the speed cameras then monitor speed at the temporary limit and so if the temporary speed limit is 40, 50 or 60 the voice alert doesn't sound as I would be travelling under 70 mph (the normal speed limit!)

For safety and legality, many drivers, especially professional drivers, will not want to exceed the speed limit. Currently, Waze jess a very poor beep noise alert when this happens.
That is not good enough. Waze has verbal alerts for roadworks and police cars and other events. I would like a similar verbal alert for speed limits. Of course one can always look for road signs etc, but these can be missed, so a verbal warning would be a great addition to the Waze App.
