I booked a hotel with Hotelbeds through an intermediary, everything seemed reliable. In fact, it was not at the place where I booked. I started to figure it out and found https://hotelbeds.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html I filed a complaint, and only after that the money was returned. Since then, I avoid booking without direct confirmation from the hotel.
