CarPlay (Waze Map shown into instrument cluster update) as demonstrated by latest CarPlay updates
Apple have updated CarPlay to work with the instrument cluster in addition to the centre screen, which is far more comfortable in the latest cars to have navigation behind the wheel. Developers need to make updates to enable this feature to work for their apps.
Please update Waze to take advantage of this new functionality, which will improve the experience of navigating while driving.

Please add the new enhanced Carplay integration which allows the map to be shown in the navigation section of the drivers dashboard.

Advise of signals, radars, police... with Waze as backup with no direction typed
I’ve created a shortcut that opens Waze automatically when it connects to my Apple Car.
However, I’d like it to warn me about road hazards automatically while driving, without setting a destination or manually inputting anything — just running in the background.1 vote -
About wazers real time and apple car play
Hi, I noticed that Wazers on the map appear stationary and don’t move, which makes the experience feel less realistic. I suggest updating the app to show their real-time movement for a better and more interactive experience. Thanks!

Give us the ability to customise our map screens
Allow us to customise our map screens to move the reporting and route options button, it happen to me a few days ago and it was brilliant but it must have just been a glitch

Vill ha samma röda och gula bakgrund som på dom riktiga skyltarna!. Som det är nu är det svårt för ögat med den näsan gråvita att se hastigheten!.

Fix Calendar integration with CarPlay
When I have an upcoming Calendar event (or one that's currently active that I'm late to!), Waze on CarPlay displays ... random calendar items, without any regard to prioritizing recent/near ones. It's intensely frustrating, and I often have to switch to Apple Maps, as broken as they frequently are, to get to where I'm going.

Please remove the driving home CarPlay pop up… I’m in and out of my car 30 times a day and this is annoying as ****… having the home icon is enough .

Avec CarPlay, il n'est pas possible de signaler qu'une route est fermée. Serait-il possible de conserver les boutons d'alertes et la possibilité de le faire depuis le téléphone même s'il est connecté en CarPlay.

Apple CarPlay Audio Pause Issue
It is more of an issue than an idea.
It is a Waze app issue when it runs on Apple car play.I have a Nissan X Trail 2024 GCC model.
I daily use the app while commuting.
I also use a usb flash drive audio playing at the background.Issue: When Waze gives me alert e.g. speed change alert or any other alert

Display correct current speed when in CarPlay
You should fix this problem that has been a problem for literal decades! The speed shown in Waze when in Car Play is always about 50% of the actual speed. This defeats the feature of letting you know the current speed and if you’re speeding. Sad that you won’t fix it.

Move the search function back to the top in Car Play
A recent update has put the search icon as a small icon in the lower right. This is a horrible design. It used to be a big icon at the top of the screen. That was much easier to find.

Mach E - battery percentage charge recommendation
I recently purchased a new Ford Mach-E. I’ma little disappointed in the Waze app vs Apple Maps. First let me say I HATE APPLE MAPS. They are not user friendly, doesnt report police, potholes, or anything useful. However with my Mach-E Apple Maps knows the battery percentage on my car and will automatically add a charging stop to my road trip if needed. If Waze does this I cannot figure it out. If Waze doesn’t could this be an update feature you look into!! EV cars are becoming more popular and I really want to use a map that benefits…

CARPLAY - DARK NAVIGATION MODE WITH NO MAP, JUST POPUPS
Hi,
this request comes rom a personal experience:
I have a car that does not allow turning off the carplay screen at night neither to regulate the backlight enough, this, specially when it is also foggy make driving more hard.My request is to provide a function where the map is totally black and only voice or "popups" are shown for navigation (with no navigation show popups only if requested for roadworks, speed traps, ....)
With such a feature we'll be enabled to drastically reduce the glare caused by overly…

Re-attempt to connect to mobile/wifi signal after starting on offline map
When a car is parked in underground carpark with no mobile phone signal, Waze will use the offline map with no traffic information However it does not re-attempt to connect to mobile signal/wifi after a minute or two when the car is out in open air, and it continues the whole journal on offline map. Please enable a function to re-try connecting to phone signal via CarPlay

CarPlay notifications on home screen
On Android Auto the home screen provides speed/hazards notifications on the main screen. Can this be added into CarPlay via the home screen instead of having to have the app on full screen to see notifications.

Histórico de viagens
Gostaria de propor, isto é se ja não existe, que o Waze registrasse o histórico de viagem com data/hora de saida e chegada, local de partida e chegada e pontos de parada. Justifico a solicitação pois este histórico poderia ser utilizado como eventual defesa em caso de multas diversas de trânsito ou estacionamento. Para preservar a segurança este histórico poderia ser habilitado ou desabilitado pelo usuário
