Color Change for Accident Blips
You need to change the color of the Accident blips. They are the most important issue with regards to traffic jams or serious congestion, yet you let them blend into the background by making them gray. Please change them to a brighter color. As they are now, you are basically hiding them.

Good imagery quality for Prioritised by Date
The current image quality from additional imagery> prioritised by date is very poor and pixelized. Currently, not all areas have the latest imagery, and to view the latest imagery in detail, many times you need to rely on Google Earth Pro. So please provide same imagery quality as Google Earth Pro.

PLEASE FIX ASAP -> Fix the pointing arrow facing the wrong direction
When I get in my car the arrow just flips to the opposite direction and shows that route.
It will be better if the app can allow to calibrate so that the arrow can face in the direction I am looking at. I am keep on frequently getting this problem and this needs to be fixed. I have looked up on the suggestion box and someone has also mentioned this in 2020 and no-one has fixed this issue
Please fix this problem. This way all drivers are able to navigate safely to their destination.

map darkmode
since the last update the colors in the map darkmode are not good solved. its too dark and blue theres no contrast at all. please change it back. thanks.

Remove Blue Tinted Night Mode
The new updated changes the base color of the map when engaged in night mode. This map is extremely hard to read in dark conditions, and the overall color scheme is unpleasant. The original night mode used an all gray color scheme. Please allow user to revert back to the original or remove it all together!

Sun glare
How about adding "sun glare" as a Weather Hazard option or as a general option; it can be blinding. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, sun glare causes approximately 9,000 crashes each year. It's the second environmental-related reason drivers get into crashes, with the first being slick roads. Also, move "vehicle on side ahead" to the first screen since for me it's the option I most use. Otherwise, it's two screen prompts to access it!

The speed indicator, black circle with red numbers is not clear enough. Not enough contrast between two dark colors.
Change the actual speed indicator color so that it’s an easy to see contrast between the color indicating your speed with the circle it sits in

North = up, but not while driving❗
I'm happy to see that an option to fix North to the up has finally been added (how many years?), thanks to SyberKnight here
💥BUT💥, as it's really great to browse the map (in 2D mode) with fixed North, like a real map, I really don't see the point of fixing the North up while driving. It causes tons of situations where the guidance is unusable (typically when using the phone in portrait and driving to the west, road to come becomes invisible).
So I suggest to add another sub-option: "Follow road direction when driving". If…

Hide ‘Where To’ in Map View
When you have the map displayed in portrait mode the ‘Where To’ pop up box commands a large part of the screen. I often use the map just to display current and surrounding area not in route navigation mode.

Showing lane signs even without navigation
Sometimes you drive without navigation and reach an intersection where some of the lanes go in different directions, and because of the road conditions the signs are hidden and it is impossible to understand which lane to choose.
It would be useful if the directions of travel in each lane were displayed on the screen, as there is during navigation but without highlighting any lane.2 votes -
Zoom out on approach to roundabouts
Please make it automatically zoom out when approaching a roundabout. I can’t see where I am going until the moment I enter the roundabout at which point my eyes should be on the road

When approaching a roundabout or junction I have noticed that the Waze map does not ZOOM IN, plus Waze often places a BIG blue road name or number label over the roundabout. This often hides most of the exits or junctions making it difficult to see what one you need to take. I would like to see this improved one day.

Show EMS vehicles in relation to Waze user position
Enable EMS users to report / identify their vehicles to Waze so their location can be shown to other Waze users on the map. Allow voice to mute radio and issue a warning of approaching EMS vehicles. Allow Waze users to set their preferences as to how far away and EMS vehicle has to be from them before alert / warning is issued.
