Good navigation only, do not patronize your users
Please stop showing messages and alerts saying things like “turn on your headlights” or “ drive with attention, requiring users to press OK” User are not children that need to be raised. Just keep on giving us excellent navigation, nothing else. Come on WAZE, you can do it

Music
When listening to music thru Waze…. When you stop, the music window minimizes, and the ad pops up….. however, when you start driving again, the ad window minimizes…. But that’s it! Can we make the MUSIC WINDOW pop back up when we start moving again?

Quand waze alerte d'une manifestation sportive comme une course cycliste ou un marathon dans plusieurs dizaines de villes et villages : Indiquer les rues du parcours sans y associer le nom de la commune ne sert à rien. Ajoutez la commune aux noms de rues

Compass issues
When in landscape the 'speech bubble' to report something is over the top of the compass that changes the screen orientation... When I try to report something normally I end up spinning the screen instead! Can you put more distance between the icons?

Gas prices
Hi, I mostly use google maps, I see they have gas prices, and I believe they own Waze now. I was thinking they get there gas prices from you. Anyway I tried to change a gas price in the Waze app, but couldn't do it. I n there's times of fast changing gas prices, it would be nice to be able to update gas prices. The gas station that I was just at had not been updated for two days in the app, the price shown in the app was $3.89 when I got there it was $4.19. I am…

Speedo onscreen when phone screen is dimmed / off to save battery
I turn my phone screen off when on long stretches to save battery, and listen out for audio prompts and alerts.
Please can the speedo, and possibly any alert icon, stay on screen in this mode while the app is running?

Option to immediately lock screen upon power loss
Users usually use Waze tethered to a USB cable in order to save battery.
It would be a huge security improvement if Waze had a toggle option that would enable immediate lock screen upon power loss (USB cable disconnect). This would prevent thieves from accessing sensitive information from a stolen phone while standstill in traffic.

Waze Login Screen - Missing "AutoFill Passwords" & "Associated Domains" for using password manager.
Apple iOS has two core features when using a Password Manager to login. An app must have the "Autofill Password Entitlement" so the the autofill password feature in iOS appears on the top of the keyboard when on the login page, this allows you to access your password manger; without this you can use a password manager. Show "Where to?" Only when the app is Fully loaded
Sometimes when opening app (mobile), you can immediately tap "where to?" And start choosing the destination, but then while typing, suddenly input view closes back to main view and you accidentally tap on something and app starts calculating routes you dont even want to go to. That is annoying! Better do not show the "Where to?" Untill the app is totally loaded and ready. It would make overall UX more pleasant in a rush.

Signalements trop compliqués
Bonjour,
Les signalements sont trop compliqués à faire. Le conducteur doit entrer dans une multitude de sous-menus et quitter les yeux de la route trop longtemps. Il faudrait pouvoir choisir pour ceux qui le souhaitent des raccourcis de signalements. Pour ma part, je trouve qu'il n'y a que 4 signalements intéressants : "danger sur la route" ; "circulation arrêtée" ; "accident" et "police"
Avec seulement ces 4 raccourcis, on ne quitte plus la route des yeux pour chercher le bon signalement.2 votes -

Change Bulgarian currency to Euro

Ability to disable and enable text route instructions and the parking tab
On small screens or in split-screen mode, the black bar with the instructions almost completely covers the map, as does the parking search when approaching your destination. It would be helpful to be able to disable this feature and choose between map only or map and text instructions as the navigation method. And to be able to disable the parking search as well.

Notify users to update their app via in-app notification
Some users are still on old or very old versions of Waze app. This doesn't generally affect them or other users. However, when such users raise URs, the description field in WME for those URs show 'Reported map issue'. This, at the time of writing, also affects automated replies to URs, from Map Team account.

When clicking on a road closure within an event, the map will pan to that road closure.
In Taiwan, we often have simultaneous road closures across multiple regions. This usually happens during public holidays based on government traffic forecasts. Furthermore, Taiwan frequently experiences natural disasters like typhoons and earthquakes. As a result, we often need to set up preemptive road closures in various areas, or report roads that are completely cut off due to disaster damage.
Currently, when users receive an Event notification containing a list of these closures, it's difficult for them to immediately pinpoint the exact locations on the map. They have to manually pan around the map to find where a specific closed road…

Bottom menu is not responding
On POCO F5 with HyperOS 2, Android 15, when open Waze the bottom menu is not responding unless I pull it up first, also the "Back" button of Android OS is not responding (other two buttons do)

improve horizontal mode UI layout
I love the horizontal view and want to see the map more. Currently, the footer bar is too large occupying 80% of center of screen, it would be nice to be shorten and move to the left (or right) of the screen - for example, like the google map.

Disposition du bouton d'alerte vocale
Le bouton pour alerte vocale se trouve en bas à droite de l'écran.
Les voitures actuelles ont des tablettes d'info divertissement de plus en plus grandes et lorsque waze est affiché le bouton d'alerte vocale est très éloigné et du champ de vision et des mains, pour intervention ( véhicules conduite à gauche )...
Il serait plus judicieux de le situer à gauche à la place ou en dessus l'info de kilométrage des itinéraires programmés...
