Issues with new update
There are a number of issues with the new Android Waze update. I think it is obvious that the developers use the app on a large screen. The speed limit and current speed are far too small to read while driving. The circle with the speed in it is about 1/2" in diameter on a 7" screen. The speed text and the speed limit are under 1/4" and are very hard to read.
Also, when in full screen display, if one provides a location to navigate to, Waze shows the command in the dialog box, but does nothing. If one…

Detect user's answers with camera (thumb up or thumb down)
When waze asks to user a confirmation (police, road works, ..) , the answer can be detected by the camera (thumb up or thumb down)

GPS Coordinates
Greetings,
Suggest to have a feature to display the ‘GPS Coordinates’ selected destination location and an option to copy.
This feature is very important when reporting or sharing a certain location even on emergency situations.

New app idea
I work for a county road and bridge department. I was wondering if there was a way to use the Waze app to report things like washed out roads, trees in the road, or other things we might have to fix.

Show current time when using Waze.
I miss the current time being shown when using Waze. Especially useful when doing walking routes.

Grupos de amigos
Estaria bueno que se pueda hacer un grupo de amigos. - En donde cada grupo se unan por invitacion -
Y los participantes puedan ver a todos los integrantes de ese grupo por donde estan en el mapa y al hacer clik en el icono ver a donde se dirigen.
Esto puede ser muy util entre los conductores de apps como uber, didi, beat y cabify.
Ya que de esa forma al armar un grupo cerrado se puede ver si un compañero esta en riesgo o si nesecita ayuda se puede trazar una ruta mas rapida4 votes -
Display alphabet and voice guiding
Hello Waze developres!
I just drove through countries that use other alphabets than latin (cyrillic, greek). Waze gave me two nasty surprizes.
First: place names are displayed using the local alphabet, ignoring my interface language choice. Reading names / finding a place was impossible while driving, although i partially know those alphabets. Imagine having to stop on a highway just to find a place. I had to blindly follow the path to intended final destination, without being able to recognize anything on route. I strongly suggest displaying place names in an alphabet matching the user selection for interface language. Or…

Request Waze make a slight programing change to the on-screen alert display.
Put the "Still There" above the warning message with the "Not There" below it. I sometimes try to touch the correct response and my vehicle moves just a little and I end up touching the wrong response.

Link Waze with emergency dispatch centers
I work with a volunteer ambulance corp in NJ. When an emergency call comes in from the 911 dispatch center we are given and address. We have to manually enter into Waze or onboard computer. This wastes time and has many user errors - wrong spelling. Wrong number. And takes valuable time away from responding to scene. It would be great if Waze integrated with these 911 centers and the address and route is prepopulated as we head to the emergency. Thank you.

Info Box and button placement: bottom / top / left / right
Currently, all info and buttons show up at the bottom of the screen.
But I placed the iPhone in the car, where I cannot see this bottom area. It would be nice if there were an option to place this info and the buttons on other parts of the screen where they are more visible (and reachable) for me.

Individual Volume Settings
Please implement a dedicated sound/volume setting allowing for volume to be increased to as loud or as low as wanted. Some vehicles and devices are having issues selecting louder volume for Waze, especially when using other infotainment features like Bluetooth music or CarPlay.

Motorcycle Icon
It would be great if users could choose between the arrow icon and the motorcycle icon when using motorcycle mode. Personally, I prefer the arrow — it looks cleaner and easier to see on the map.

Age limit on appstore
Please lower the age restriction on AppStore, to the same age it was a until not long ago.
Since you updated it to 17+, I can no longer use your app, due to the restrictions I put on my phone, to filter content.

Police reported ahead
Whenever you say, police reported ahead, on the iPhone, it blocks what the speed limit is supposed to be. Why?! How do I know what to slow down to?
