  5. When a user approaches a collision, they should be able to report which direction they had to shift to. i.e Alert to merge left

    When sitting in a traffic jam due to accidents or construction, users should be able to report which way (lane) to shift to so other users behind them can prepare to merge sooner and ease some congestion. Similar to reporting a vehicle on shoulder.

  6. Reporting dirt or dust on the shoulder

    After strong rains, it is common here in Brazil to see slopes partially falling into the road so that the shoulder is full of dirt, debris or sand. It would be nice if we could report that there is dirt on the shoulder. This is very dangerous (mainly for motorcycles).

    Reports should be at least 2 miles sooner. By the tume i get a verbal report of accident, crash, traffic its to late to get off the expressway or go a different route, im already in the situation.

  12. Potential Bug: Reporting traffic does not change road color with MPH to indicate slowdown

    I’m not sure if this is a bug or intentional but when reporting traffic (not heavy or standstill just the first traffic option) it adds the icon to the map but does not change the map color with MPH to indicate traffic like heavy or standstill.

    Just thought I would share these with the Waze team. Thanks!

  15. Earn points to limit ads

    Earn points to limit ads. The more reports you post, the more points you get, and the less ads you see.
    For the users who maintain a steady stream of points, turn off ads altogether. The reports must be confirmed by other users to avoid gaming the system by submitting incorrect (fake) reports.
    Note that Stack Overflow, a very popular Q&A site for programmers, uses such system. After a certain number of points, there are no ads at all.

  20. Update feature request unlimited alert comments

    Please read and vote and share!!

    Unlimited comments on alerts, get rid of the maximum number of 5 comments per alert so important information is not blocked from being shared. Like what happened to me when I was trying to share a traffic update on a alert that had 5 comments on it and I was unable to share the update with others.
