Prevent drivers from spamming map editors with update requests (URs)
Waze volunteer map editors have, over a number of years, have raised concerns about the ability for app users, whether intentionally or unintentionally, to submit a high volume of map update requests through the app and other sources. This issue has been consistently raised by volunteer editors at all levels, including editors, area managers, state and country managers, as well as local and global champs who are on the ground editing the map daily. Replace unintuitive “not there” button symbol
When people are driving, symbols need to be instantly recognizable. For example, most of the report icons on the initial report display meet that requirement.
But when driving and you come across something like a partner feed alert and the app wants more info, the “not there” icon option is a stylized… purple and red, what?.. gloved?.. thumbs down hand that doesn’t intuitively convey “NO” and does not match the style theme of the other app icons. There is becoming lots of false crash reporting or reports in this area
If you could punish users for placing false reports or remove there ability for reports especially if there not logged in with a account plus after say two false reports remove there report ability plus have it so a user can't make a report then like the same report it would be appreciated

Hazard Alert - Animal on Road
Could there please be some sort of function within Waze that could give the user the opportunity to report deceased animals along the road so that the competent entities could come and collect them? Or even for pets that were just run down for a vet to come or something? Could it be connected to automatically give the competent entities the location of the animal? Delete reported hazard
If you create a hazard, this may have been accidentally added (eg wrong hazard selected). There should be an option to amend or delete a hazard you have created - maybe give a timing window if you don’t want it permanently an option

Change place "Closed or moved" report to "Permanently closed or moved"
Today, users often report a place as "closed" because it is temporarily under renovation, or because the listed hours are incorrect. However, if an editor accepts this report, the place is deleted, which doesn't address the actual issue. These mistaken reports could be reduced if the menu item for this report was changed to include the word "Permanently."

wrong navigation for address
Wrong location on Waze
Please note that waze misdirects its users as to the following address:
Ketzot Hachoshen 22, Modiin Ilit, Israel.
Currently typing this address sends the driver to the wrong side of the street.
There is no option to add a map, so please check Google Maps and fix accordingly. Needless to say, this mistakes causes difficulties and delays, particularly for shipping services.

First, I want to thank waze for creating such an outstanding navigation tool that helps so many drivers stay informed and safe on the road. I truly appreciate how the app continuously evolves to meet the needs of its users.
I’d like to suggest a potential improvement to the “Hazards” feature. While the current options, such as “Objects on Road,” are helpful, I believe there’s an opportunity to make the app even more informative and user-friendly by adding an alert specifically for roadkill or deceased animals on the road.

Simplify ability to mark roads as closed
There is a road closure near me which is not currently shown on Waze and Waze therefore keeps trying to route through this closure. I know it is there so why am I not able to simply mark a road as closed anywhere (ie not just when I am on a route)? Otherwise people will keep being routed towards a closure and the last thing they are thinking of when they are having to turn around and go a different way is to inform Waze about the closure. Seems such a simple fix and if you are worried about it…

Wildlife
Within the hazards section there should be a report button for wildlife helping warn motorists to remain vigilant, which when reported also sends an alert to the respective wildlife protection agency in that region to send a dispatch to prevent the animal from causing an accident and becoming injured. This would be extremely useful in Australia as we have an abundance of wildlife that resides near our roads .

Blocked lane options laid out vertically in CarPlay. The options would appear as the actual road position and be more efficient

Animals
I just passed about 15 deer grazing right next to the road on a stretch of highway where deer are commonly hit and the speed limit is 75. It would be great to warn other drivers. I suggest an animals category under hazards.

Reports Ahead
The Reports Ahed list is now filled with reports of Speed Camera Ahead, making it almost impossible to see the actually important information (traffic, lane blocked, etc.). I have turned OFF ALL of the camera selections and the list is stilll filled with USELESS information.
