ALWAYS display the destination address please! It helps when driving for Lyft & Uber.
If it's always displayed I won't have to switch off the waze app and go to my Lyft or Uber app to verify address. PLEASE include in next update! It can be a SAFETY HAZARD! Thank you!

Creating option in settings to 'Allow U-turns when available'
Currently in the UK, the Waze app will not suggest a u-turn when it is legal and available, and instead it will reroute you in big, difficult, time-wasting loops. It usually happens when you make a wrong turn or are in a rural area. A simple U-turn can save lots of time and frustration but Waze suggests 10+ minute detours instead. Very frustrating and something the user should have power over, given that the country (The UK in this case) allows u-turns on its roads except when specifically prohibited.

Plan a drive carpool edition
My suggestion is to be able to plan a drive for multiple stops or carpool for the future. Right now, you can plan a drive in the future for one stop, but it would be great to do it for 2 stops.

Max speed prediction
When navigating and in areas where max speed data is available, show next max speed change.

Category Icons and Provider indicator in Search Autocomplete results
When we view Search autocomplete results, and even when we view "more" results
* Show category icons, so we can see the difference between a grocery store, a gas station, and a bus stop. This icon could be in the donut hole in the middle of the pin icon.
* Also indicate which are from Waze and which are from external providers (perhaps by putting a blue colored pin for Waze results and a gray colored pin for Google results, for exampleUse case:

Have an option to use HOV routes or not
I drive by myself most of the time that I use Waze. Many times two out of the three routes I get are in HOV route. It would be nice if I could opt out of HOV routes and actually have three routes to choose from.

add an option for Alternative fuel vehicles to be routed to HOV and HOT lanes since they are exempt
In the state of Georgia Alternative fuel vehicles are permanently exempt from HOV and HOT lane restrictions and as such they are a good option but waze has no way to know we electric folks are using HOV and HOT lane.

Buenos días, mi nombre es Javier GR, trabajo en un servicio EMS/SEM con una unidad UVI Móvil. Me gustaría transmitirles una idea para poder avisar a los conductores de que una ambulancia/camión de bomberos se les aproxima. Ésto nos ayudaría a bajar los tiempos de respuesta en una emergencia. Al igual que nos sería de mucha utilidad poder disponer de un mapa en una pantalla de nuestra zona de actuación con las actualizaciones del tráfico. Al igual que saltan las alertas por proximidad de radar, pienso que se podría avisar al usuario cuando registre que tiene la ambulancia cerca para…

this new one is too small and doesn't stay up on + or - very long. I have stare at the screen way too long to use it. kind of dangerous IMHO

Navigation
Hello,
Would it be possible that when navigating, the overview of the route with arrow and all traffic jams and speed cameras etc, this arrow moves dynamically and shows how far away the arrow is from the construction site, speed camera or traffic jam? This works very well with the Sygic app. I think that this feature would help many drivers to get a better overview. Thank you4 votesThanks for your feedback. Match multiple riders to unlock HOV for everyone
In the San Francisco Bay Area, and many other municipalities, HOV lanes require 3 or more people to use. If Waze Rider had a feature that let you request an HOV carpool only, and would enable multiple matches so that you could get 3 people in the car (driver + 2 riders), everyone would save 45 minutes of traffic. That would be a huge incentive to get people to use the app, meaning easier and more matches and fewer cars on the road.

Ask for rating and feedback at the end of journeys like Google Maps does
After finishing each journey, there should be a prompt to rate the journey in the scale of sad faces or smiley faces like Google Maps does at the end of journeys.
Far too many times Waze re-routes to save a few minutes but takes you down through the tightest narrowest roads possible.
In London, UK roads can either be a breeze or they can be like driving through a maze with all the small tight roads meant for one way traffic but is actually used for two way traffic.
Then please implement the feedback and ratings to show routes where…
