I-4 Ultimate Express Lanes
The new express lanes on I-4 through Orlando, aka I-4 Ultimate, are finally finished. While they physically show up on the Waze map display, they're never recognized as roads whenever anyone drives on them and it just freaks out thinking I am either on the normal I-4 lanes or somewhere off route. They also are never offered as routes and no doubt save a ton of time when the downtown Orlando traffic is backed up.

Cannot read reports from Wazers (green ...) when in CarPlay
When in CarPlay I can sometimes see a report (green ...) but cannot click on it to hear it play nor - when I am the right-side passenger see it on my phone to find out what is ahead. I wish it would play as alerts do - or that my phone would mirror the CarPlay display so I can better navigate from the right seat.

Allow users to use the speech recognition from Waze rather than using Google Assistant
The problem is Google switched to using Google Assistant which doesn't not work with city names in other countries because somehow someone thought it would be a good idea to do that when Google Assistant only knows 10 languages, most of them being dialects of German, French, or Spanish.
The "idea" is to allow the user to disable Google Assistant and use Waze Speech Recognition (which works quite fine).
This is an Android Auto thing but Google ignores it.

bonjour
plusieurs fois la vitesse sur les routes et autoroutes sont modifier sur un temps donné le temps de travaux ou autre faudrait que l on puisse signalé lz changement de vitesse car la par example une bonne partie de l autoroute est coupé en deux donc la vitesse est passé de 130 a 90kmh ce qui modifie largement le temps que le GPS donne pour le trajet.

Estaria bueno que se pueda hacer un grupo de amigos. - En donde cada grupo se unan por invitacion -
Y los participantes puedan ver a todos los integrantes de ese grupo por donde estan en el mapa y al hacer clik en el icono ver a donde se dirigen.
Esto puede ser muy util entre los conductores de apps como uber, didi, beat y cabify.
Ya que de esa forma al armar un grupo cerrado se puede ver si un compañero esta en riesgo o si nesecita ayuda se puede trazar una ruta mas rapida3 votes -

Allow button layout editing
When my phone is in landscape mode the compass button is partially over the report button, and the "Where too?" Search bar is taking up most of the screen

Define better routes based on vehicle type

Good afternoon, how are you?First I would like to congratulate everyone for the excellent solution, what a fantastic technology built that allows the WAZE APP to bring countless benefits to all types of drivers.
But you know that the more technology to make life easier, the dumber the users become and because of this I realize that in the day to day traffic, many people without proper experience doing a lot of shaving and because of that, I would like to suggest some improvements to the solution/technology.
Problem: I currently live in a historic city where many of the streets are prohibited from the circulation of larger vehicles, cargo vehicles, buses, trucks and every day there are drivers circulating with these large vehicles on these streets and this often occurs because they are unaware of the place they are passing, not paying attention to the signs and doing what Waze suggests.
Solution: Put a way to categorize the type of vehicle supported by streets/avenues/etc and also for the app user to inform what type of vehicle he is currently driving. To further improve the solution, the app itself, crossing the information on how it has performed the curves (by coordinates) and other data such as speed, can identify that he is possibly riding a motorcycle and ask to confirm either a car, or a large vehicle and the from this identification of the type of vehicle to signal the correct paths.
I myself, in the old days, before waze and googlemaps existed, if I had to go to a place I didn't know, I would study the way, which streets were close, today technology makes it so easy that we study less and we get dumber and end up most drivers pay less attention to the signs and sometimes end up going to places they could not go with that particular vehicle.

Boa tarde, tudo bem?Primeiro eu gostaria de parabenizar a todos pela excelente solução, que tecnologia fantatisca construída que permite o APP WAZE trazer inúmeros beneficios para todos os tipode de motoristas.
Porém vocês sabem que quanto mais tecnologia para facilitar a vida, mais burro os usuários se tornam e devido a isso eu percebo que no dia a dia do trânsito, muitas pessoas sem devidas experiências fazendo muitas barbeiradas e devido a isso, eu gostaria de sugerir algumas melhorias para a solução/tecnologia.
Problema: Atualmente moro em uma cidade histórica onde muitas das ruas é proibido a circulação de veículos maiores, veiculos de cargas, ônibus, carretas e todos os dias tem motoristas circulando com estes veículos grandes por essas ruas e isso ocorre muitas vezes por eles desconhecerem o lugar que estão passando, não prestarem atenção nas placas de sinalização e fazer o que o Waze sugero.
Solução: Coloque uma forma de categorizar o tipo de veículo suportado pelas ruas/avenidas/etc e também para o usuário do app informar qual tipo de veículo ele atualmente está dirigindo. Para ainda melhorar a solução, o própria app cruzando as informações de como ele tem realizados as curvas (por coordenadas) e outras dados como velocidade, pode identificar que possivelmente ele esta pilotando motocicleta e pedir para confirmar ou carro, ou um veículo grande e a partir dessa identificação do tipo do veiculo sinalizar os caminhos corretos.
Eu mesmo, antigamente, antes de waze e googlemaps existir, caso eu tinha que ir para algum lugar que eu não conhecia, eu estudava o caminho, quais ruas eram próximas, hoje a tecnologia facilita tanto que estudamos menos e ficamos mais burros e acaba que a maioria dos motorista observam menos a sinalização e acaba as vezes indo em locais que não poderia ir com aquele determinado veículo.

Opção de bloqueio após sair do aplicativo
Amigos, geralmente colocamos o celular no painel para deixar o Waze mais visível para ver a rota. Com isso atrai muito roubo de celular, pois ao pegá-lo ele já está desbloqueado, assim eles tem acesso a todos os recursos do aparelho.
Como sugestão, poderia ter um opção de bloqueio ao sair do aplicativo Waze, assim quem pegar não terá acesso ao celular desbloqueado.
Seria algo para habilitar e desabilitar, deixava opção do usuário.

In een aantal landen is het verplicht om bij een file op de autosnelweg een ´safety lane´ vrij te maken door resp uiterst rechts en uiterst links van je rijvak te gaan rijden.
Maar in Belgie zijn chauffeurs dit nog niet gewoon. Is het geen idee om op het moment dat een chauffeur stil komt te staan in de file een bericht te sturen om hem hieraan te herinneren.3 votes -
Ne pas afficher ou va t'on quand pn veut kuste afficher la carte
En mode paysage sur téléphone Android on a toujours une ligne "ou va t'on" ce qui reduit d'autant la visualisation de la carte quand on veut simplement voir la route sans avoir un itinéraire précis. Ce serait bien de pouvoir enlever cette ligne à la demande
