Radar audio warning trigger model
I don't know if this is a new topic or not, but this is a problem that I've encountered wherein the normal Waze behavior is almost like a bug.
How it works today
The visual on screen warning for a Speed camera is based on distance only. I.e it will always show on-screen when the driver is X meters from the camera.
However, the audio warning for a speed camera only activates if you pass the "detection distance" and are "over speed"Problem
In this specific case, the radar is a 70 km/h radar. The detection distance however is when the driver is still in a 30 zone. Very few drivers will drive above 70 km/h there.
Also, the Audio warning only triggers once. What I mean by this is that Waze will only trigger the audio warning when both of the following conditions are met simultaneously:if the driver enters the detection distance and is at over speed.This means that if the driver after passing the detection distance speeds up to a speed greater than the radar, he will still not receive an audio warning.
How it should work
The audio warning should trigger anytime:the driver is inside the detection zone and is over speed.The difference here is zone vs distance. The app should play an audio warning as soon as the driver's speed increases past the radar speed and is within the zone preceding the radar. It should also trigger again if the drivers slows down to a speed below the Radar and then back up again while in the zone.

CarPlay UI Improvements
1st Make the Confirmation / Not there road notification buttons to be in opposite screen location and not right on top of the other to avoid “fat fingers” (common on bumpy roads with touchscreen interfaces).
2nd Add route selection information to include if journey has tolls or not, similar to smartphone version

SpeedTest Coverage Checking
I’d like for Waze to team up with Ookla SpeedTest to take random speed tests in the background when navigating with Waze to help carriers onow which areas to improve cell coversge. Waze could even add a report cell coverage issue in the report issues feature.

Use proper German in German app
I've downloaded the app in German and the linguistic mistakes start already in the Google Play store. Every screenshot has at least one mistake. When starting the app one gets the option to select the language: there too a mistake (instead of Deutsch = German it says Deutsche = German woman. Obviously I don't want to travel at that moment to any German woman suggested by Waze). Then I get the option to select dark or light mode. Again a mistake: instead of - h e l l - for light (colour) I can choose licht (light weight/thin). I might want to go on a diet and walk to different places instead of driving, but I don't need Waze for that. In the app there are in almost every sentence mistakes. It is clearly (lightly?) translated by some engine worse than Google translate. Here my suggestion: In the app a "correct language instantly" button and/or a link to a translation suggestion webpage. And why not offer a Pro version for free then as an incentive?

Road conditon color
the intersate road conditons are shown in purple, if they're are not any issues why cant green be used and use red for on coming slow downs are road issues like heavy traffic or an accident

POI route / info
provide switch for "tourist mode" - while you are driving to destination, provide limited notification of POI in the area (on your right is the Eiffel tower, built in 1887). "tourist mode" can allow for categories for selection (history, culture, etc). linked to this is the ability to select a POI route in your area (just go for a drive to the POIs in your area).

Navigation Notification Pop-ups
I have an iPhone 11 Pro updated to the latest software, iOS 16. When I use Waze for navigation and then go to my Home Screen I cannot see my navigation, or rather when I am close to a turn or freeway exit then I do not receive a notification at all warning me.
On the contrary, when I use Apple Maps for navigation anywhere and I go to the Home Screen, or even lock my phone for that matter, then I will receive pop-up notifications (even on my watch, take that Waze!) with directions on where to exit or when to turn. It will even speak to me when I am not on the app.

Arrows with the direction of the streets
It is imperative to have the direction of the streets, because if you don't have them there is always the doubt of which side the cars are coming from. Google Maps has it.

Speed wrong
Speed shows 335 km/h while carplay is connected and the car is at 80km/h. If I disconnected carplay the speed in my phone is perfect.

Avoid a specific road or place as a one-off when planning a route
I know we've had posts from people wanting to a avoid a particular road they never want to use in the past but what about a one off option to avoid one during the planning phase?
I needed to navigate at the weekend and had been informed a few hours before of a road closure on the most ideal route, Waze didn't know about this and obviously I can't report it until I'm there, so I wanted to avoid a particular location and have Waze route me around it.
I was sure there was an "avoiding" option during the planning phase in previous versions but I ended up having to "add a stop" somewhere nearby just to force the reroute around the closure.
Surely it can't be too hard to let us drop a pin on the map to mark a point we want to avoid or even to note a potential issue there so that we can help others too? We don't always have time to hit the map editor and then wait for the change to filter through into live.

Erros no Aplicativo e Sugestões
O aplicativo está apresentando alguns problemas quando uso o aplicativo Indriver como motorista ele manda a rota sempre errada. Se a pessoa coloca o nome do shopping no aplicativo ele manda na rua de trás.
Quero dar também algumas sugestões de melhorias:
1- O aplicativo não memoriza a direção que a gente está indo e sempre que coloco uma nova rota ele fica nos fazendo de bobo, além de também boa botar em risco.
2- Ao redor dos municípios de Osasco, Alphaville, Barueri existem rodovias com pedágios. Ocorre que quando você coloca a rota o aplicativo já impõe a rota pelo pedágios sem nenhum aviso, independente da distância, só visando a economia de tempo, sendo que existem rotas sem pedágio bem menores com apensas 2minutos de diferença!
3- Quando você entra em uma rua errada o aplicativo atualiza a rota impondo pedágios ou vias expressas sem nenhum tipo de aviso. E muitas das vezes isso já me causou diversos transtornos com passageiros.
4- Opção de colocar o aviso de velocidade das vias sem estar atrelado ao velocímetro do GPS pois Ele tem um certo atraso e apesar de ser preciso já me fez levar multas de trânsito.
4- Opção de colocar aviso de incidentes na via sem necessidade de estar no local.

Contacting police
When witnessing unsafe, reckless driving, putting other road users in danger, having a feature to be able to upload images / vids to the local police or a link to the local authorities to report this as soon as possible.

Leave us on our home state scoreboard
When I enter another state waze moves me to a new scoreboard almost immediately but takes weeks to put me back on my state scoreboard. Why not leave wazers on their home state scoreboard regardless of where they travel.
