Report difficult junctions
I really like how there's an option to 'avoid difficult junctions' but I don't think waze is very good at recognising which junctions are difficult. Is it possible to have an option to report a difficult junction? For example, if you could report a difficult junction location just like you can report a pothole, then the difficult junction would be added to the map if enough people report it. Since a 'difficult junction' is highly subjective, it would be good if users could report this. As an additional feature, you could also have a question pop up - 'Is this a difficult junction?' if someone has been waiting to make a turn at a junction for more than 1 minute (as this likely means it is a difficult junction).

Prioritize alerts
It would be great if alerts that are between a certain range (1/4 mile?) were sorted based on priority. As an example, knowing that there is a police car ahead is more important than a vehicle on the side of the road. But currently, if the roadside vehicle will be reached before the police car, only the vehicle's alert will remain displayed until well past it (if user does not respond to alert). Next thing one knows, they are staring at a police car.

Audible Police Alert Both Directions
Users should have an option to enable or disable audible alerts for police on either side of the road. If I’m driving down a road why wouldn’t I want to be notified of a police officer just because he’s on the other side of the road? To me, this seems more necessary than a police on my side of the road seeing that there may be cars needing to go around the officer on the opposite side of the road. I’m not sure why this isn’t an option.

Inaccurate speed limit on Robson Boulevard in Eloy Arizona
On Robson Boulevard in Eloy, Arizona, you show the speed limit is 25 miles an hour but in most parts I grow up in Boulevard it’s actually 35 miles an hour. Can you correct that because it makes it look like I’m speeding when I’m not really speeding because I’m going 35 and a 35 zone and Waze tells me I’m speeding because it thinks the speed limit is 25.

Closing the app
The ability to close the app has changed. For some reason the only way to close WAZE now is to bring up the pages a d then close it tear way.
Can you please put back the way it was before? Hitting the page back always asked if I wanted to close WAZE.

Change car on shoulder to Change Car/object/life form
I see almost as much debris shoulders as cars. All that can damage a car if struck. Very dangerous at night for someone pulling off to a shoulder at night.

Hypocrisy
I cannot add a destination from my car screen because of your ideas of “safety”, yet you had annoying alerts regarding a stupid sports event taking my attention from driving.
There was not even a way to turn it off. And other alerts I would like to pause for hours, days or weeks but the choice is on or off.
Additionally, when I start waze I dislike the cutesy startup stuff that wastes time getting started. I want the option to turn it off.
You may also consider a Hybrid Car mode that focuses on side streets. It is also good for cold engines to avoid highways in the first 5 minutes of driving, 10 minutes for cold weather (below freezing) and even 15 minutes for arctic weather (-17 celcius). A “car care” mode, because the coolant temperature is less important than the oil temperature.

Closings the app
Before the update, you'd press back twice - and the app would've turned off.
Now, the only way to turn it off is through the notification bar: you have to open the notification bar, then click on the Waze banner, and only now close the app.

CarPlay Hazard Button Highlighted Better (Apple)
In Apple CarPlay scrolling to get on the Hazard Icon at the bottom left it is hard to tell if your on it or not as it gets a small grey ring around it and the yellow colour changes slightly. I’m sure this used to be more noticeable as you have to do it quickly while driving. Consider maybe looking at how it was or change colour more obviously when you are on the hazard button. Could be made more obvious or change to orange or red maybe when your over it and about to click it.

Ability to report traffic building up due to lowered railroad crossing arms.
Add an option for users to report when railroad crossing arms are down, similar to reporting a crash, hazard, or road closure. This could alert other drivers and help Waze suggest alternate routes before they get stuck waiting for a train. In my town, we only have two routes to get north. The railroad crossing is the fastest, but if the arms are down with a train passing, it can sometimes be 20-45 minutes before going back up.

CarPlay see step by step route
On a phone, one can see the step-by-step route, but not in CarPlay. It shows on the phone. So now, while driving, I need to pick up my phone, which is not safe. Please make the CarPlay interface match the phone's.

Report Gas Prices in CarPlay
Using a phone, one can update the gas prices. But that is not possible in CarPlay. I'd need to disconnect my phone from the car, update the prices, and then reconnect it.

Fix your stupid app so you can plan a route from a starting location where you aren't
Fix you app so you can plan a route from a starting point different from where you are at. Supposedly your app allows that in iphone, but I'm either the stupidest person alive, or it is so un-intuitive it's ridiculous. I have spent hours trying to figure it out. Could you make it any more complicated. I hate waze today.

Colocar cor diferente na rota de parada
Quando adicionamos uma parada, colocar uma cor diferente, ou seja, o trecho até a parada seja de uma cor (ex: verde limão) e o restante até o destino final se mantenha na cor padrão. Porque a visualização do mapa confunde.

Improve audible guidance
In the more recent updates to Waze, there are two driver assist features that have changed:
1) routing turn guidance using street names has been removed (silenced) - restore street names; and 2) advance vocal turn guidance occurs when vehicle is 100 metres from turn because voice guidance “Turn right” often occurs now as vehicle passing through previous intersection - adjust vocal guidance distance to not more than 90m in urban settings.

Country-by-Country Vignette Selection
The Problem: Currently, Waze treats "Toll and HOV passes" as a global on/off toggle. When planning a multi-country route across Europe (e.g., passing through Austria, Slovenia, and Hungary), toggling any vignette on tricks Waze into clearing the route, but it doesn't tell the user which specific country's vignette they are actually missing or need to buy.
The Solution: Allow drivers to select individual country passes (e.g., check boxes for Austria, Slovenia, Switzerland, etc.). Waze should cross-reference the itinerary's border crossings with the selected passes and explicitly prompt the driver to buy the specific vignette needed for each country on their route. The Problem: Currently, Waze treats "Toll and HOV passes" as a global on/off toggle. 3D elements on map (buildings, terrain and general environment features)
Would be great for Waze to display 3D elements on the map while navigating. Like the buildings around you, junctions and landscape features like rivers, mountains and general terrain elevation.
And overall have a more detailed map.

When in average speed check zones, display the average speed you have been driving at.
This is less so designed for people abusing the system but more if you are averaging 53 in a 50 by mistake and want to know what speed to lower it
