99% of the time I report either police or car at side of road. Make these dedicated buttons so i don't have to mess with one more level of menu.

A way to edit the map when not driving or passenger
So I’m driving and I see a horrible accident on the other side of the road or on my side of the road. I’m focused on driving and I get a mile away from the initial accident there’s no way to go back and report it’s only when driving. Maybe I can get to report an accident on the other side but I don’t have the ability to report maybe it’s blocking the right hand lane as well there is no way to report that either as of now too. Maybe not even for passengers too like I know it…

on my iphone I can see the option to add 'closure' however on my car screen, this option is not available
Why does the screen not copy to my car screen? 2 x recently I have encountered this issue, one was when a road was completely closed for 24 hours due to a thatched cottage being on fire and 80 firefighters across the road - the app only showed 1 lane closed so clearly other drivers encounter this issue, and yesterday in central Milton Keynes a road was closed but the app screen on my car only showed 1 lane closed. Please review the system to mirror mobile phones to systems in cars to prevent delays and traffic hold-ups as drivers…

Road blockages
I appreciate the develop of including road blockages but for some reason when I tap on the arrow on the road indicating the blockage, either at the time or saved for later, it doesn’t work. Tapping gets no response.

Don't hide submitter username when they are a active map editor (at-least Level 1 due to signing up for WME access) for submitted Map UR's
Don't hide submitter username when they are a active map editor (at least Level 1 due to signing up for WME access) for Map UR's they report in able to make finding them for the reporter in WME easier when getting home so they can add clarification to the UR and if they didn't get to it fast enough and another editor takes a look at it they know what other editor reported it so they can engage with them appropriately either through the Waze Discord chats or a Waze Map Chat DM for better communication workflow then doing it…

Improved Alert System for Fixed Cameras at Junctions in Waze
I would like to suggest an enhancement to the way Waze handles alerts for fixed cameras at junctions. Currently, Waze only provides voice alerts for the direction in which the camera is set up, even though the camera captures images from every direction at the junction.
For better safety and user awareness, it would be highly beneficial if Waze could provide voice alerts for all directions when a fixed camera is present at a junction. This would ensure that drivers are fully informed of the camera’s location, regardless of the direction they are traveling.

Invisible mode can't be turned off
I can't find the button to disable Invisible mode. I don't even recall turning it on in the first place. Fix this please.

Have users rate the condition of the railway crossing afterwards. Keep data on all crossings to identify
Ever go over one of those railway crossings and think, "What the **** did I just go over?" All over the country, cars have to cross some of the most poorly maintained crossings, putting not only their vehicles at risk but could cause loss of life if one goes over it too quickly without realizing the mess they are in. Wouldn't it be cool if users could be prompted to enter a rating on the condition of the crossing so that Waze can warn people who may have older or more sensitive cars about an upcoming bad crossing? After reporting a police, accident, hazards, thank you message does not appear
After reporting an police, hazard, or an accident, the thank you message doesn't go away. This makes impossible for me to report new hazards.

tag traffic controllers/directors
All that’s missing is for us to be able to tag traffic cops whether they be the type that are on the ground, directing traffic or the ones that are controlling the traffic lights… Because we all know that they slow traffic down, don’t we?

During construction or accidents, indicate which lane is closed or blocked. "Construction reported ahead, left lane closed"

450m alerts are sufficient but not for the police. Way too late!
Waze changed alerts threshold to 450m, which is suitable for all alerts but the police! Their laser guns have a range of 1200m, and even old threshold of 800m was not effective. Now the most useful Waze feature is gone!

Allow users to make a report for an area they aren't currently in
Sometimes, you don't have the chance to report something while you are present at the scene - and currently, Waze offers no option to report something in a different area, despite having the ability to 'pin' locations to share them.

Reports ahead
It will be great if the user can choose the alerts types in "Reports ahead" tab. Even if turned off in Reports, they are still shown in the list. For example I'm only interested in police and speed cameras reports ahead. Instead I see countless "Speed limit" , "Dummy camera" , "Road bump" in X kilometers.
