   So I'm just saying that I really am proud of the points I've earned and the position I've obtained in the leaderboards; I really enjoy helping others.

   But when I look at the top 10 overall and see that they have 63x more points then me, I wonder... is this even possible?

   I've been a "wazer" for a very long while, and am quite active to post hazards etc. I know there are folks like truckers and such that definately use the program as well, but can it really be that they drive 63x futher than me?!!

   Maybe! But I'm just wondering if you check or not.

2. UX for switching from navigation to alerts only

   I use Waze every day. I also park in a garage every day. To that end, I go from navigation to alerts only and back, at least every day.

   I would like you to look at the UX involved in swapping from one mode to the other. I think it should be easier to do this directly from the app - not from the menu below the main screen.

   When I am navigating, I have to tap the bottom bar, open up the next screen, tap the speaker icon, select the alerts only switch, then hit close and close again.

   I suggest that, while navigating, the bottom bar have a button for switching to alerts only directly from the bottom bar. tap to open the menu, tap to go to alerts only and close the menu. 2 taps total.

   You have this interaction available when I am not navigating, now I want it when I am please.

4. Notification for gas stations rest erea text erea

   It's happening that you run out of gas and you miss the gas exit.
   You want to stop by the rest erea and you miss the resting erea exit.
   You want to stop to text and you miss the texting erea.
   A lot of the times when you see the exit sing it's to late to stop.
   Waze should have the option for a pop up notification a mile or 2 before.
   Also a lot of the times you have to get off the highway to fined the gas station so you should be able to click on exit and it should add this stop to your rout

6. Correct navigation route to Santa Catalina

   We always recommend our clients to use Waze for driving from Panama City (Republic of Panama) to Santa Catalina (Sona, Veraguas Province), however, we have recently received 4 reports from customers that waze directed them to drive up the PanAmerican highway to the Province of Chiriqui, and turn left at Guabala, then come back to Sona, then right to Santa Catalina, which takes 2 hours longer than taking a left at Santiago and going directly to Sona, then left to Santa Catalina. We would greatly appreciate it if you could reconfigure waze to direct customers through the shortest route (Santiago direct to Sona).

   A anos sou usuário do Waze e recentemente, adquiri o veículo que possui a central Mylink 2 devido à chamada que a central multimídia sincronizava com o Waze...

   Ocorre que também à anos, eu e minha família (Esposa e filhos) possuímos Iphone...O que acabou gerando frustração tendo em vista que o Waze não espelha nesta central....
   Gostaria de saber qual o motivo desta limitação? Existe previsão para que esta situação se normalize?

10. Hire somebody who's actually qualified in ergonomics/human factors

    Your UI is a bit of a mess. All the social stuff gets in the way of the main purpose in particular the upcoming road label usually obscures the upcoming junction, probably because the designer had nowhere else to put it given all the community mess all over the screen.

11. Help clients to recover lost points

    Good afternoon. Use your wonderful product daily for over almost three years now. 12 year-old son downloaded app for me. Accumulated around 175,000 points, when a young nephew erased it from my phone.

    How can I recover points when initial download listed my phone number instead of an email? Nothing has changed whatsoever with my account but informed that I simply have to open a new account and eat over two years of voluntary support to my fellow Wazers!!

    Account was HazyMcLar under Larry Hay at phone number 4167954830. Was not able to open new account under same name. New account is HazyMcLar23 at phone number 4167954830 at email address lhay@hayven.co.uk.

    It seems highly unfair that my points, legitimately earned over many months of voluntary contribution, that my points are so easily dismissed and ignored by your support department.

    Isn't your fundamental business model and service dependent upon participants voluntary information sharing? I also fill out every business survey that crosses my screen. However, because I feel so disrespected by your support department it is very difficult to be motivated to enter information on my new anemic account.

    Someone please respect my years of contribution by adding the points from my previous now dormant HazyMcLar account to my newer HazyMcLar23 account?

17. Stop telling drivers to come the wrong way up a one way

    Waze should stop directing drivers to come the wrong way up the one way street that I live on. The street is Talbert Terr SE. Washington D.C, 20020. Drivers should not turn left onto it from Bowen Rd or drive straight onto it from Howard Rd.
