Edit Toll Prices in the WME

The procedure to edit toll prices is complex and only certain users per community can edit those prices.

Toll prices should be editable directly in the WME to avoid a complex process.

    At a minimum, allow the user to hover over toll segments and pull some info out of the toll tool, or link to segment specific tolls somewhere into the toll tool for authorised users.

    It Should borrow some characteristics from gas price reporting

    It seems like a good idea to me and it could greatly facilitate keeping costs up to date.
