  1. Being able to add construction just like road closures

    When you make a closure through the app or through WME , you are able to select one whole segment / multiple segments to apply the road closure on.

    My Idea is that reporting construction would work just like reporting/making a closure, or probably giving the user the option to just place a warning or to select a whole road segment to add the construction to

    And like european maps (from germany and nearby) , the whole segment should be covered in orange and white strips... Just like road closures but orange instead of red!

  2. A desktop app for WME

    We have a webapp as our WME. But, at least in my experience, it is very buggy sometimes and consumes lots of RAM. I believe there should be a desktop app (mind you, not just a iframe in a exe, but a quality app) since it would be faster, snappier and easier. Regarding extensions -- I think they should be a part of the WME, not just a addon. It simply doesn't make sense to have to install dozends of extensions to have a better environment if it could be integrated.

  4. Is het mogelijk om je favorieten te categoriseren.

    Is het mogelijk om je favorieten te categoriseren, zodat je niet een enorme lijst hebt om door te scrollen. Je **** dan naar het mapje gaan en daaruit kiezen. Google maps heeft deze mogelijkheid wel. Mvg

  5. Speed limit for default type of roads

    Hi Everyone, Im editing in Vietnam area. I want to put default speed limit for roads. For example, in settings, I put 50kmh to Street or 90kmh to Major Highway, 120kmh to Freeway. Then, I add new roads, it automatically put speed limit according to value that I set before. It saves lot of time to edit. Tks in advance!

  6. Add residual kilometers for italian "safety tutor" speedtrap on Android Auto

    Hello! In Italy we have highways with "safety tutor", a speedtrap system which calculate average travel time. In Waze phone mode there's a small banner that indicates the remaining kilometers to exit the area, this feature is not available in Android Auto. Whyyy?? It's so useful :)

  9. [QOL] Have Closure End Date Auto Update to Not Be Earlier Than Start Date

    When setting a closure for the next day, for example, I have to update the start and end date even though the end date should update automatically to prevent an error in the data.

    Is it not possible to set an event to run after the Start field losses focus to update the End date field to update to match the Start date field if the end date is before the Start date?

  10. Bus Gate, Lane warning for private vehicles

    Bus Gate and Bus Lane camera Warning

    Since this is the same as getting a fine by speed and red light cameras, preventing private vehicles from entering wrong bus lanes and getting fined, since bus lane warning road markings in the UK are kept to a very small sizes, for maximum fine generation by local governments

    Talvez liberar a possibilidade de colocar numero de porta sem a necessidade de nome na rua, como por exemplo as ruas de acesso as casa muitas vezes não tem nome dai não tem como adicionar numero

  12. WME - Dynamic Speed Camera (Icon).

    Hi.

    It would be a nice touch to add a - Dynamic Speed Camera (Icon), so whatever the user inputs in the Speed Value Box, it will reflect the same on the Icon. I feel this would help new users who think every Speed Camera is (30) but in reality it can be something else.

  13. Hazard (Speed ​​bump)

    In France (I don't know if other countries practice the same) we are faced with situations where speed bumps cover an entire intersection. Knowing that the current configuration only allows two-way signaling, I asked myself the question if we could not have the possibility of having the choice on a crossing and cross, a T crossing, a two-way crossing, A >B, B>A. Because if my deduction is correct today to cover such crossings we must put two Hazards so that the announcement is made from all directions of traffic.

  15. wme - editor profile - viewability?

    hi.

    it would be nice if we could either allow or disallow other users from viewing our editor profile, this is because of safety of where certain editors may try to find where a user lives. (exemptions would be the countries co-ordinators and waze staff).

    The places of the Category "Charging Station" have the field “Located in venue”. The same field should be added to public places of other categories.

  17. 3D Building View, Compass to CarPlay, Stop Lights and Stop Signs

    I would like to see Waze add 3D building views and Stoplights and stop signs, and allow compass to be shown in Carplay.

    Allow editors that aren't a high enough level to edit certain things to be able to request an edit and a higher level can approve it.

  20. Make easier to select segments

    Sometimes we need to do a bulk alteration in several segments, like to change max-speed, directions and so. Although it is possible to select all the street, sometimes, we don't need to change all the segments in the street.
    Also, if a person has some mobility disability or dificulties, it is common they lost their selection of several segments because either clicked in a wrong place or not hold the ctrl key.
    The suggestion is either a creation of a 'Selection mode' that can be activated and allows the user to click in the desired elemnts or a checkbox like…
