Batch Input Road Closures
We have several large construction projects that will span several months, with mostly repeating road closures (Ex: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM). The only way I'm aware of to add these is by each individual day, then repeating next day, which gets tiring. There should be an option to bulk upload a closure, selecting the days of the week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Etc.) and the time it applies. There would also need to be an option to remove a closure on a specific day (Ex: Holidays).

Allow segment suggestions on segments with permanent hazards
Well its not possible to suggest edits when a segment has hazards like speed bumps. Its anoying when we are changing smt like direction of an entire street and some of the segments have hazards.

Add a hidden stop sign permanent hazard.
I think it would improve user safety if we were able to label hidden/hard to see stop signs. For example stop signs behind a bush, after a blind curve, or awkwardly placed signs.

Allow reporting from iPhone while Waze is connected to CarPlay
I would like to request the ability to submit reports directly from the iPhone, even while CarPlay is active.
This would be useful for passengers or in situations where interacting with the CarPlay screen is not practical.6 votes -
Post-Trip Summary & Route Comparison
I would like to request a "Trip Summary" card that appears automatically upon reaching a destination. Currently, the navigation simply ends, and valuable driving data is lost.
Proposed Metrics to Display:
- Performance: Distance, Total Time, Avg/Max Speed.Efficiency: Estimated fuel/battery cost for the trip.
Traffic Insight: Moving time vs. Stopped time (idling/traffic).
Smart Comparison Feature: For frequent routes (specifically "Home" to "Work" and vice versa), the summary should include a comparison against the user's historical average.
Example: "You arrived 3 minutes faster than your average commute."
Benefit: This would help users analyze their driving habits, optimize their commute times,…

Let us filter shown closures on the map after date
Recently due to the carnival festivals in south germany, where you have to close multiple segments in big areas on multiple different days and times, I have noticed that it sometimes gets confusing on which segments you have already closed for which day.
For example when I put a closure for the 15th Feb. then the segment appears with the gray icon showing that there is a upcoming closure. If the whole inner-city gets closed then ALL segments will have that gray icon showing an upcoming closure but in this scenario I also need to close ALL these segments for…

Keep Google Map Links Import
Matching Feed imports to Waze places should keep Google Maps links placed by editors. Currently, when matching feed runs, the Waze place is stripped of linked Google places. Alternatively, if the businesses are the clients of matching feed, Waze could make matching feed a bundled service covering Waze and Google Maps.

Add In Car notification for Map Issues Request
With prevalence of In Car integration for Waze the large number of Map Issue being reported is done via Android Auto or Car Play.
When editors or as of now automated ping requests additional information there is no notification to the User through the In Car integration that this has occurred the user will need to check email through which they can't reply or the app, which most in car users don't open.
Can we have the notification for the user in car and what would be even more helpful is to give user ability to reply via voice to…

WME EVENT Page Upgrade Suggestion
Hello. I would like to suggest an improvement to Events: it should be possible, directly within the Event Page, to manage the associated road closure(s) by enabling or disabling them. Additionally, it would be useful to define new schedules for each closure—specifically, if a closure is extended, the Event duration itself should automatically update to match, even if it’s just one or a small part of the multiple associated closures. Thank you.

Use AI to see the live traffic levels in each turn lane/lanes going to different major roads
Use AI to see the live traffic levels in each lane based on user data and traffic movement. This could be a turn lane to turn left/right, or say if lanes 1&2 go to the M25 and 3&4 carry onto the A3. As the people who go to the M25 is queueing, AI could determine the estimated travel times by people who have already sat in the traffic queue by which direction they end up going.
This will give more accurate arrival times and better routes for the user.

when reporting errors on the map, there is no option to correct speed limits that are incorrectly shown by waze
If you notice a wrong speed limit indicated by Waze, there is no easy option on the app to report or even correct the speed limit even if you are seeing it as a perm change and not a temporary decrease speed limit

Make editors able to place down Pothole hazards in WME
As of right now, you can only add a road hazard in the map, then a bypasser doesn’t see the pothole and mark it as “Not there” which removes it.
There should be a feature in WME that lets us editors add potholes which we know exist there, more permanent ones.

Request: Add adjustable handle size as a standard WME feature
Hi Waze team,
The handles for roads and Places in WME are currently very small, which makes them difficult to grab accurately.
Beginners often struggle with precise editing, and even detail‑oriented editors would benefit from being able to adjust the handle size to match their workflow.I would like to request that WME include the following as a standard feature:
Larger default handle sizes, or
A setting that allows users to adjust handle size
Adding this feature would improve usability for all editors and reduce frustration, especially for new contributors.
Thank you for considering this enhancement.6 votes -
Add Suite-Level Details for Businesses Inside Larger Buildings
I suggest adding better suite-level details in the Waze Map Editor for businesses located inside larger office buildings, medical buildings, or shared professional centers. Some places are not standalone locations, so drivers may arrive at the main building but still have trouble finding the correct suite, entrance, parking area, or floor. Shared by https://www.therenewcenter.com, which is located in a suite inside a building. A feature to add suite number, building entrance notes, floor details, parking guidance, and “inside building” labels would help visitors reach the right office with less confusion.

Multiple sets of hours
Add the capability for editors to add multiple sets of hours for an establishment. This feature would be especially beneficial for banks and pharmacies. At banks, ATMs are often open 24/7, while human tellers, consultants, notaries, and other banking personnel are not at banks 24/7. At pharmacies, the convenience store and the pharmacy itself mostly have different hours. Finally, there are some establishments with delivery hours and/or drive-thru hours that differ from the establishment's standard operating hours.
6 votesGreat thinking! We’ll share with the team; they’re always interested in new feature ideas.
