Thank you for your suggestion!
The Report button was designed to be noticed while blending in and it’s important to keep it as is.
However, we will revisit this idea when working on Dark mode, in the future. Furthermore, since this is a physical issue that OLED phones suffer from in different apps, we recommend to use Battery Saver mode to allow your display some rest from bright colors that might lead to this dysfunction.

Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

I use Waze for most journeys since about 2014, even when I know where I’m going, it’s a fantastic app. I sing it’s praises to all my friends and family. However, have just realised the screen on my lovely iPhone XS Max now has Waze ghosting. None of my previously phones had this problem. Really upset about this. Please please can Waze add some form of screen saver option to prevent this happening (screen darkening, screen off between turns, moving buttons randomly to differently positions etc). In the mean time in might have to use Waze less, or may be try Google Maps which someone said has this function. Or turn on the Battery Saver function as suggested by Waze Admin, but this does seem to be a bit of a bodge and not properly addressing the problem. Thanks in advance. Mat
