I think I have an example:
We are 01/24/2021
a car race for 01/26/2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. closes a section of the road, I put the closure, it's OK.
In the meantime, I learned, on 25/01 for example, that there is a winter closure for 1 week on the road which partly passes on the way to the race, which the closure now begins and the car race is maintained ( even happy that there is snow ^^)
There I get "Road Closure time is overlapped -103"
I must then for a few segments, pay attention to the closures and resume the closures before and after the passage of the race.
But if the race passes several times in the same place ... It starts to be difficult to manage ^^
I add with if by bad luck, the weather is not snow ... Thus the authorities consider that the winter closure must be removed and if it is not the same editor who managed all the closures of the race, the road will be open to traffic for the race ...
