Andrea Roher supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Andrea Roher commentedI think that the "are you in traffic" warning message should default to "no" (it may now, but it didn't recently, and I've tried to be exceptionally vigilant in "switching off" whenever I stop, so I haven't seen the warning recently). But a way to pause and not have to fully switch off would be AWESOME.

Hey,
Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Currently Not Planned, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.
We hope to include it in our plans for later down the line.
Thanks!
An error occurred while saving the comment Andrea Roher commentedWhat's sad is that there's no common way to refer to this feature (waypoints, multiple stops, itinerary, etc). It seems desired, but hard to find an existing suggestion, so many competing suggestions out there not getting the votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrea Roher commentedThis itinerary planning is a functionality that most stand-alone GPS systems have and one of the only things I miss when using Waze instead of TomTom.
It would be awesome to add related features (including one I've only seen in Microsoft Streets & Trips):
1. Ability to set time ranges on the stops with warnings if there's no way to make the times.
2. Ability to set duration on stops. This will allow for more accurate ETAs, allowing for planned stops.
2. Option to have locations placed in a logical order based on travel (to avoid backtracking). In conjunction with 1 and 2 (above), this would push the stops as needed while still meeting the time range if possible. This is the Streets & Trips feature, and it may not be doable, but if it could be implemented, it would make Waze completely unbeatable.Andrea Roher supported this idea · -

Great thinking! We’ll share with the team; they’re always interested in new feature ideas.

I'd take Misha as Misha too... either way.
