   Simplify common tasks by having a one tap menu of six or so configurable actions so it doesn't take three or four taps to add a stalled vehicle for example.

   I would personally add to my list: vehicle stopped on shoulder, roadkill, cop visible, and cop hidden. One tap to open my menu, one tap to send my report, done.
