    Waze doesn't have terrain model(3d map) the map is flat. Just take a shortest and it will consume less fuel.

    Unrealistic idea. Competitors will mark each other gas stations as bad quality. Also the bad quality could related to many factors and are not static. Just avoid the whole brand.

  3. Can you create a "rouch railroad crossing" hazard? In an unfmailiar area it would be nice to know if the railroad is going to eat your car.

    Not a good idea as it will drain battery faster than it is possible to charge it. Also you should avoid potholes not drive trough them
