   We plan to work on Android Automotive in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you’ve got the latest version of Waze for all the latest features.

   I am a long time Waze user and will be upgrading to the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric which currently doesn’t support Apple CarPlay. I’m happy with Waze as it always have a large user community in Malaysia which makes it very accurate when it comes to travel times and traffic incidents. In an electric vehicle, it is critical that we know all of these as we have to plan our trips to ensure that there is enough charge to reach the destination and back. Not having a Waze app in Android Automotive OS is really a big miss for Waze.
