Make waze available on AAOS
Make Waze available to use on Android Automotive play store so it can be used on cars with Android built in.

Waze is now available for AAOS, so I guess this suggestion can be closed?

I tried to install it on my AAOS tablet but it locks out the screen and says "Waze is running on Android Auto". I hope the app is updated soon to work on Android Automotive. I'm tired of Google Maps. Will it be integrated in the same .apk as is on the play store for phones? Or will we need to hunt down a new .apk file? Please make that available for download on Waze's website if it has to be a separate .apk

Saw Waze in the Play Store today (Volvo XC90 T8 early 2023 model with AAOS) , got super excited, only get instantly disappointed that it’s only available for Renault cars…..why Waze(or Volvo?) Whyyyy?!

Just bought a XC90 2023 and i'm shocked that i doesn't have Waze or Android Auto compatibility. This is very bad news for volvo/google, we need Waze URGENT, maps is just horrible

Google maps navigation is a nightmare. Waze is the only option. Looking forward for Waze on AAOS.

I believe it will not be exaggerating to say that in Israel, where Waze was born, it is #1 navigation application.
Was really disappointed that none of the options (Waze, Android Auto, Android Auto Receiver) was available in my new Volvo. It means to use Waze one will have to fix a cellphone holder arm and look at the small phone screen rather than on one of the screens available in the car. Please integrate Waze into AAOS ASAP! -
