Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Strongly disagree.
I have to tolerate listening to "Police reported ahead" DOZENS of times on my way to and from work... and these are people reporting police that are in motion, most often on motorcycles simply riding to and from work themselves.
Of the police reports that I encounter, 90% (or more) are invalid.
I wait until I reach the reported location, and tag "not there" because they are not there.
Same for "vehicle stopped on shoulder"... most are invalid, or the vehicle is so far to the side of the road so as to be absolutely no hazard to traffic.
I RARELY report vehicles on shoulder.
I report accidents or vehicles stopped ON the road when I can.
I never report police, because in metropolitan areas, the CHP does not "hide"... They are on patrol and constantly moving.
Waze guidance is that moving police should NOT be reported.
In Los Angeles, we should rarely if ever see "Police reported ahead" when on a freeway.
If they have someone pulled over, report the vehicle on shoulder... the cop is not interested in you unless you do something REALLY boneheaded, he's already got someone.
