I'd like to have the possibility to add "black points" on the map
I'd like to add black points on the route, to advice driver for a dangerous point / dangerous corner etc.

Correct mileage designation.
Please change the designation 'oh point six miles' to the correct 'zero point six miles'. As a math teacher, this 'drives' me crazy.

Alerting people about highway emptiness
One thing that could make it better would be to have the ability to say streets or highways are empty so people know before hand where to go if they should get on the highway or not.

Share and listen what others are listening to or personal radio station
How about an option to share with others what I'm listening to. Even going further and this one would catch like wildfire listen to people while they are driving like tuning in to their personal station, so if a person wants to share something they turn on their personal broadcast on . Sometimes advise , idea , entertainment comes while UR driving or u want to share with people whatever. So if a person likes a station they can like them and book mark them so they can listen to them next time.

iPod assess while navigating
waze is an excellent navigation app. I waze is a great navigation app. I even think its better than google maps and motion gpx. The only feature that it is missing is access to your iPod on the iPhone while navigating, like motion gpx has . Please add this feature on.

Mood-related noises
Idea: what if you could make a sound based on your mood? Nearby drivers could hear it if they opt to...happy people could "woot" for example.

Integrate Waze for iOS into Google voice search on the Google app
Would it be possible to use Google to search the Waze map database and open a URL to navigate to the destination? Using the same idea as when you click a facebook url, it opens the app and navigates to the relavent page or event etc?

Use BIG red and green arrows to correct turn restrictions right away when you report a map issue.
Problem now:
You report incorrect turn restrictions in your app, someone will find it in the web editor and blind changes them mostly based on fuzzy or even no notes.Idea
You mark a turn restriction map issue in your app. A simplified junction pops up with BIG red and green turn restrictions for your current view/street. You can toggle the arrows by tapping them allowing or disallowing turns.
Press save and forget. The changes will be kept locally in the client in order to avoid being routed the wrong repeatedly until the next map update.2 votes -
Roam free in parking lot
If a parking lot is marked as a landmark in WME, let the client roam freely within the area without 'snapping' to the nearest road. The advantage is that your location relative to entry/exit can be seen and the screen doesn't jump all over the place trying to guess which lane/road you are nearest.

iOS app does not remember Prompts Volume state (though the slider remembers its position)
The volume of the voice navigation always reverts back to full volume, though the slider for the Prompts Volume setting remains in the state I left it at

Have more categories for landmarks.
One example is Golf Course (and it would be great if it is shows up as green on the maps)
Another is Construction Zone. Users can identify construction zone in the map editor to warn other user (especially those who are not familiar to the area) of potential heavy vehicles entering and exiting the construction site (a more permanent thing instead of having to report it daily)

When you find a destination, with phone number... youshould be able to create it as a new contact in your Iphone phonebook

Profanity filter
Include a profanity filter in the chitchat feature.
Driving alone at night, by myself, another wazer sent me profane and very disturbing message. I flagged it, but regardles, it was emotionally horrible and hindered my ability to drive safely. I have since disabled chitchat, but there's no reason profanity/profane slang should be allowed in a GPS program.

Notify others by voice
Add an option to notify others of destination/eta by voice. This is currently a 5 tap operation without specifying a recipient.

911 option in app on iOS (to report accident)
I was stuck in traffic today and while stopped I witnessed an accident in the opposite direction involving a motorcycle - I closed the app to call 911 but traffic in my direction started moving before I could post update to map. I was wondering if maybe their is a way to report an accident through waze and maybe even have it automatically post a map update for other users to see (ie - using waze to call 911 would post a flag at that location as an accident)?

Auto search for a route to my work, please discontinue doing this. I am retired and don't have a work site listed!
Please disable the program from automatically popping up with a route to my work, especially since I don't have a work located because I am retired. I find this very annoying. If I want a route, I will pick a route or search for a new one manually.
