Allow crucial specifications for everybody
Every truckdriver and caravan driver is desperately waiting for Waze to launch the ability to:
1. Define these type of vehikels
2. Define speed restrictions (like allowed speed 80 or 90 km/hour)
3. Have local weather info om the waze screen
This would expand the use of Waze immensely. Waze would be much more attractive to advertisement AND we would be more than willing to pay for a ‘pro verspin’ with these crucial features!5 votes -

Average speed zone label covers up the speed limit
When you enter an average speed zone, the green bar on the left appears. Also a label appears at the bottom showing what distance the zone covers. Annoyingly this label covers up the current speed limit badge, so you can't see what the limit is until the label disappears or moves up far enough.

Ford sync "Not While Driving"
From update half year ago there is no possible to search destinations on car display. Phone connected via AA. Shows "Not While Driving" all time even when car is in P(park) mode and it is clear nobody can drive it.

Maak het meer duidelijk wat mijn favoriete bestemmingen zijn. Maak eventueel een functie bv. 'mijn routes'. Nu vind ik ze nooit

Reports and Hazard Alerts
Speed camera alerts or warnings should sound regardless of the speed travelling. I would rather know something is there even if under speed. GPS speed monitoring is not as accurate as a vehicles speedometer, it's usually 5mph out.

Avoid 70mph Roads
When driving to a location on holiday I often try to AVOID motorways so the journey is more interesting and I pass through areas I haven't seen before. However, 70mph dual carriageways are NOT seen as a motorway, so sat navs (including Waze) with often navigate you onto one. Rather than choose AVOID motorways in settings, the option to "AVOID 70mph Roads" would be much better.

Depuis plusieurs années, nous essayons de battre des records de kilométrage par plein de carburant avec les mêmes véhicules.
Nous disposons de 4 voitures. Chacune est attribuées à une seule personne.Ce cercle vertueux permet et/ou motive :
- faire des économies de consommation de carburant,
- réduire la diffusion de CO2 par plein,
- battre sont record de kilomètre par plein,
- économise le maximum d'émission de CO2 par plein,
- cela peut faire rouler les conducteurs au maximum de la vitesse réglementaire (logique vous pensez... mais l'ensemble des conducteurs roulent au-dessus).

Use ⛽icon to display station prices along route.
Add a ⛽ icon to main screen - when tapped, it would display gas prices from stations along your route within the next 50mi. Tap again to toggle off. Select preferred fuel type in settings. Current options are not driver friendly.

Revise map audio for flashing intersections
Waze receives input from Applied Information (Glance) road side units. The flashing traffic signal produces a message to "treat as a 4-way stop" This messaging should be revised to simply report a warning of a flashing traffic signal. Many traffic signals have yellow flash on mainline roadways, and yellow flashing is NOT a stop condition. Since waze has no way of knowing the flash colors, it should not be advising motorists to treat as a stop. We have a location under construction where this exact thing is happening and we had to temporarily turn off the roadside unit to prevent…

Fonction pour inverser le trajet :
MAPS propose une fonctionnalité intéressante que ne propose pas WAZE, je veux parler de l'inversion de trajet.
Quand on planifie un trajet, on ne peut pas modifier le lieu de départ par rapport à celui d'arrivée.
Waze propose systématiquement comme lieu de départ l'endroit où l'on se trouve.
Exemple : je veux calculer depuis chez moi à quelle heure partir d'un endroit X vers mon domicile. Avec Waze je ne peux pas.
Avec MAPS, je clique sur les flèches tête bêche à droite de la destination et les destinations s'inversent.
