i wish i could say "hey google, report dangerous driver" and waze would notify users 1-3 miles ahead so they can start watching their rearview mirrors.

Better AI-voice quality
I can just speak for the German voices, but compared to other navigation apps like Google Maps, Apple Maps or TomTom Go, the German AI-voice is really bad and low quality. AI-voices have become so great in the last years that I'm surprised that you're not offering more AI-voices with better quality. This actually might be a reason for me to switch to TomTom Go.

Allow UK users to input locations of police noise cameras and be notified when approaching.

Drive with others
My idea would make it so you can add friends to your profile, and with those friends you could “drive with them” and it would link you guys on the same trip. Then it could find switch out points for you based on your drive. Also while I’m driving, the other person could close out the app and when it’s their turn, i pass the drive to them and it picks up on their phone right where I left off.

Manually adjust car starting direction on the map
It would be great to have a feature to manually adjust the car's direction on the map. Often, the app assumes a starting direction and plans the route accordingly, but it doesn’t update until you start driving in the opposite direction. It would also be helpful to define the side of the street when arriving at the destination, making navigation even more accurate!

When showing „Routes”, to be able to select „best average-speed route”
When showing „Routes”, to be able to select „best average-speed route”, because many drivers prefer a longer but a more pleasant drive to a shorter but full of stops and traffic jams one. Driving faster is part of the pleasure of driving.
Especially in very busy areas, this option would be more than welcomed.
Driving is a pleasure per se, but not if you just stay in line, stuck in traffic jams.4 votes -
Carplay
Allow to preview overview and choose preffered route using iphone when using car play. It's very inconvenient to do using just cars device. I have to disconnect everytime when I'm looking for a place as a passenger next to driver.
I wish it worked the same on carplay and phone regardless if its connected to car play.2 votes -

Making state lines more distinguishable.
It looks this idea, or similar ideas have been suggested. I've read that Google maps have something like this already in place. Why has this not been done yet? Do I need to use Google Maps instead? I'd rather continue using Waze because it's what I'm use to, but for this I'm willing to switch. Please do something about making the state lines more distinguishable, &/or announcing when you're entering a new state, like other suggestions that have already been made.

Me gustaría que tenga una opción para confirmar el camino por el que transitas cuando hay un doble piso.
Me gustaría que waze te d runa opción para confirmar el camino transitado en caso de un segundo piso. Por ejemplo en CDMX en periférico es complicado identificar las salidas porque Waze no sabe si vas en 1er o 2do piso.

EMERGENCY FIRE RESPONSE ASSISTANCE
Hi Waze Team,
I’d like to suggest a feature called “Emergency Fire Response Assistance” to help firefighters reach fire incidents faster and improve traffic flow around emergency scenes.
This feature could allow authorized responders to tag a “Fire Incident Zone” with the exact address, providing quick routes that avoid traffic and obstacles. Nearby users would get alerts to take alternative routes, helping clear the way for responders.
Additionally, dispatch centers could send real-time updates to firefighters (like building entry points or obstacles) for more precise navigation. Once an incident is resolved, responders could mark the area as “clear,” lifting any…

En que Tipo de transporte voy a ir
Sugerencia: una vez que se abra la aplicación me pregunte en que tipo de transporte voy: en bus, en moto, en auto particular, a pie, en Metro, en bicicleta, así se puede usar y sacar más beneficio de Waze en su orientación , además marca el mapa con una ruta más rápida que en ir en auto por que debo seguir un patrón y luego estacionar, en cambio así busca atajos y senderos que un auto no puede hacer.
