Find a way to avoid spurious hazard reporting of cars stopped on the shoulder when parked safely and posing no risk to drivers
It seems I'm many times a week on freeway journeys seeing situations where a hazard alert will come up for a car stopped when the car in question is safely parked (usually with no occupant outside or in proximity) 4-5m away from the road itself presenting zero actual hazard to road users whatsoever. It often gives a 'for the sake it' type of feel (as if reported someone's kid is in the passenger seat bored). It is pretty annoying and often jolting when it happens say more than 5 times in a 1 hr journey whilst you're driving along concerned…

Detect When Lost
While driving in Dallas the system thought I was about half a mile west of where i was. So it kept chirping instructions and could not realize i was drving straight, fast, and not turning. Obviously, was not in a neighborhood. A note, "I APPEAR LOST. WOULD YOU LIKE TO RESET THE APP?" YES/NO

Edit Entered and Saved Addesses
Make it so any address entered into the Waze app can be edited after initial input. For example, I entered my family member's address into my app and after a few weeks, realized the house number is wrong and I don't want to loose the AI suggestion to travel there when I leave for there on weekends.

Voice suggestion: SHODAN from System Shock
This may be impossible/impractical and off the wall for most users but through all the years of having another map program try to make me turn into walls, make illegal U turns on the highway and occasionally getting me (purposefully) lost, I have always thought she was behind it anyway.

I would love to see a warning when entering an area that is known for issuing tickets
I am not sure if you can do this with Waze Maps, but i would love to see this feature.
I would like Waze Maps to highlight and issue a warning to drivers of areas that are known to be "ticket alleys"
What I mean by "ticket alleys" are areas that have very high percentage of traffic violations and higher than normal traffic incidences of reckless driving tickets.
There are two counties in VA, Sussex and Dinwiddie Counties that are known for issuing unusual and very expensive tickets like Reckless Driving for a simple speeding ticket.

layout of responses to alerts in apple carplay
My suggestion is to put responses (like roadworks "Thanks"/ "Still there?") side by side as when its in list view the finger is bouncing up and down with the motion of the car and I always need to focus a bit more than I like on the touch screen vs looking at the road. Having it in a left/right view you would eliminate the potential of a wrong input as the motion of the car doesn't affect it (unless you are in heavy cornering, by when it's probably wise to have both hands on the wheel ;-) )

Android Auto lower render distance option
My Android Auto headunit is old and has low USB bandwidth, so when I'm out driving and I'm both using Waze on Android Auto and playing audio off my phone, when it has to render a large area my music will lag. Zooming in to freeze the map movement makes my music play again. This could be fixed by allowing us to either choose a "low performance" mode on android auto or letting us choose how far Waze renders non-map data on the map.

In the last decade there have been reports of gas station that dilute the gas they sell with other substances, in order to increase their profit. That is outright robbery.
WAZE could be these robbers' nightmare.
My solution:
Grading the gas quality, recording the data on which it was tested and the tester – a professional appointed by WAZE.
As for financing of this, there are several options:
a) WAZE customers will pay for this service

There are people who use certain gas stations according to the quality of gas or the service, and there are people (e.g. me) who only frequent gas stations with clear bathrooms.
My suggestion:
Rating gas station with stars. Adding a rating option for the toilets – stars and personal reviews.

Have option to be able to automatedly share a drive with a saved address.
When ever I add a contact to share drive it defaults to send that information to the email address under that person’s profile. Not the mobile number.
the only way I can get the shared information to a person’s Mobil number is by clicking on the message button. So the search box will not work to share to Mobil number.
So bottom line is that it’s a long process to share a drive with a contact that has an email address listed under their profile.1 vote -
Alert to turn always lights on on motorcycles
In portugal it's mandatory motorcycles always ride with the lights on.
Like in cars we have an alert to turn on the lights in tunels, when we are riding, the GPS remember to turn on the lights and never alert In tunels (because the lights are already on)1 vote -
WAZE will close after 5 minutes in background app
In case of using WAZE in mobile app : it will be better if WAZE could stay in background (and didn't close after 5 minutes in background) if we use an other app in foreground (for example : youtube).

Possibilità di inserire la propria targa in Waze per ottenere suggerimenti di navigazione in base a questa
Sono sempre più i divieti con restrizioni in base al numero di targa, vedo molti cartelli che consentono il transito in determinati giorni (pari/dispari) subordinatamente ai numeri di targa (pari/dispari), Waze dovrebbe avere la possibilità di inserire la propria targa (o soltanto alcune sue parti o dettagli) nel client e di conseguenza aggiornare l’editor di mappe di Waze per consentire agli editor di applicare restrizioni in base alle targhe, questa funzione già esiste in alcuni paesi e andrebbe abilitata anche in Italia
