Routing quality has plummeted after the Google acquisition - please get it back in shape!

I am a passionate Waze user who has converted many friends to the app, and has become a top 4% reporting contributor (I don't participate at all in any other gamified apps or websites). But now my support is waning fast.
Ever since Google bought Waze, routing has progressively become worse and worse. I initially switched to Waze because Google Maps routing had become horrible - inefficient routes when there were obviously better ways to go, etc. Waze does awesomely creative things like telling me to get off the freeway at an exit then immediately…

why is NE called Nebraska instead of NorthEast?
Call directions abbreviated on street signs the direction name.

Barre des incident de parcours
serait il possible d'afficher en permanence la barre de l'état du traffic de navigation qui s'affiche au début lors du calcul du parcours? Elle se mettrait à jour toutes les 5 minutes. avec notre position en fonction du parcours général ou d'une portion de 50km qui avance en même temps.

Event report icon should not open a menu when car is moving; menu would open after car stops. This would reduce risk of accidents
When driving, it is hard to make an event report, since we need about 3 clicks and reading information on screen.
I suggest that, when the car is moving, clicking the event report icon doesn't open a menu. Waze memorizes current position for later report details.
When the car stops, voice guidance would ask "do you want to report what happened back there?" - then the report menu would open.
This would help the driver to keep attention on the road.
If driver feels comfortable with filling reports while driving, this could be changed on settings screen. However, I believe…

Speak command icon near report a road condition.
I use my iphone in landscape mode and wave and 3 fingers don't work safely. A button on the main nav page near the report icon would be great to initiate the speak command

Filled shapes (like parking lot, landmarks, etc.): snap active point to original start point.
When editing a parking lot, or other "filled" shape, it would be nice to snap the active point with the original start point, as it would work in programs like Illustrator, Flash, Photoshop, etc.

Deleted road segment should reveal satellite map before saving (so it can be confirmed).
Currently, if you see a road segment you suspect is in the wrong place, you can delete it, but you can't see what's under the segment (on the satellite map) until AFTER you save...so if you're wrong, you need to re-draw the road, etc.

Letting us know what streets have the least amount of lights and stops would save time and gas
