  2. On map edit, turn speed camera image 180 degrees

    The current solution where we put the red dot in the direction BEHIND the camera to set camera direction, the image indicating the direction of the lens is backwards. Perhaps turn the image 180 degrees? It adds a lot of confusion...

  3. Monitize via radio

    Waze should look to monetize by partnering with radio stations for up to date traffic reports, get someone to sponsor the report (like they do with today’s helicopter based reports) and split the fee. Would be more profitable for both and save on the carbon footprint of flying multiple helicopters over every city.

  4. Please add iTunes support! Simple track info and Forward/Previous track

    To have always on the screen option, to eliminate need to use multi-tasking to toggle between iTunes

  5. Abbreviations

    use abbreviations for hazzards B (breakdown recovery), T (Tire Debris) R (Road works) F (Fog) etc
    Also for Police Alert, in MA police are required for road works so it is not a speed trap

    In addition to the 2000ft warning of a hazard, add a 500ft chime. I forget to confirm hazard is still there

  8. I would change the language "take a..." to "turn..." because in the NY/NJ area we say "make a...." not "take a.." and it sounds weird.

    -- Points System limited to regional extension-- It is not fair to give the same amount of points to people living in Russia and, for example, Dominican Republic. We all know that you get the most of points from map editing, and people living in bigger countries get a regional advantage. I have been to Dominican Republic and there are not enough things to edit, but if you go to Russia... hurrah!. same thing when you think of China and Japan. I think you get the idea, there should be a calculation factor based on how extensive a country is.

  15. individual vocal cue control

    I would love to be able to turn the different vocal cues on and off individually. The only option currently seems to be to get a cue 1/4 mile before the turn, 1/10 mile before the turn, and at the turn itself. The 1/10 mile warning always comes immediately after the 1/4 mile warning, making it useless and annoying, so I'd really like to be able to turn that one off!

  20. Add forward, back buttons on pop ups

    I would love to see a forward and back button on the pop up notifications. Many times I'll glance down and slightly catch what the pop up said, but It's gone and I'm unable to go back through it. Then when I stop again I see the same ones over. It would be nice to scroll through because not all are important to the driver.
