   When any driver is confirmed pick up and that person is cancelling the ride at the end where the traveller cannot get another ride and have to hire Uber or Lift and have to pay so much money who will be the responsible person to pay that money, I believe there should be the drivers responsibility to arrange another vehicle or there should be a time limit to cancel the ride by driver and cannot cancel end time. So traveler will have enough time to get another ride on time. There should be assurance for the traveller so he or she doesn't have to worry about what will happen he or she doesn't have any ride to go back to home if the traveller has to pay so much money from the pocket would heart the travelers to trust Waze and will fail Waze to increase the travelers. I would say Traveler should not be left behind end up paying so much money will hurt Waze a lot to be succeed in the future. Recently i had a very bad experience the driver name Gopichand had canceled my ride at the end and i was having very badf time end up losing a lot from every where and he was very rude i have all the communication that is not acceptable behavior that he was communication with me after cancel the ride. and mu suggestion to Waze you should protect the right for the travelers in order to be succeed in your business.

5. I hate it when I search a restaurant or business and click on directions and instead of waze going to the directions, it gives me all these

   I don't want 5 different address choices. I want the address of the business I requested directions for.

6. Do not block

   When people are attempting to update with baby traffic AND the route you are on shows no color on the roadway, I update with traffic conditions. Seems you can only do that a certain amount of times on a 7 mile rd . switching to another making service

7. waze carpool botão para pesquisar motorista e passageiro pelo nome

   o aplicativo não demonstra todas as pessoas possíveis na minha rota. O motorista que peguei carona, mesmo nós dois colocando os mesmos horários não conseguimos agendar a carona para o dia seguinte simplesmente pq não apareço pra ele e ele não aparece pra mim, mesmo tendo pegado a carona recente com ele. Não tem como pesquisar ele. Isso dificulta, tenho perdido caronas de bons motoristas na minha rota simplesmente porque eles não aparecem pra mim, mas quando conversamos no zap ele estaria disponível para me dar a carona. Isso já aconteceu comigo com três motoristas diferentes.

8. Stop reporting minor incidents. Stop sending data to Google Maps that there is an accident

   Allowing people to be amateur journalists has become a real danger. You list an accident on Google maps, but on Waze, is just a car on the shoulder. Listing these minor incidents causes people to have more traffic and accidents.

   You are promoting people to use their phones to report data to you, that you turn around and sell to other companies. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Why can't you just change it to major incidents. When the police are showing up to an accident, why do i see several police traps right by the accident? Maybe mislabeled reporting or button removal to report police quickly. Need to change that. Your product can be useful if you stop allowing trolls to post useless info, or are complacent in bad reporting.

   These should be the only acceptable reporting incidents. (May have missed some) but
   -Accident
   -police
   -fire
   -road closed
   -bad weather
   -road hazard(items in roadway)
   -construction,
   -DUI checkpoints(don't agree with but),
   -detours(with viable alternate routes)

   Because misreported accidents go to Google Maps, it limits your ability to detour around accident quickly and safely. This funnels people thus a cascading effect on traffic, which in turn makes people trust your traffic data less and less. doesn't seem to account for building/declining traffic, or the time it takes to get to that point of trip. Doesn't think down the road, so to say.

   Makes me use roads i get the better timing from, ie, essentially rendering your product less useful, more and more everyday. So tidy up a few issues and make your product more valuable to everyone.

    We krijgen bericht van de start van een trajectcontrole. Helaas geen bericht over het einde of overzicht gedurende traject. Wordt hieraan gewerkt?

13. Optimized functionalities for motorbikes

    It's too bad Waze doesn't offer any of these functionalities for riders/bikers:
    - deactivate traffic jams in the time calculation (or consider we are at around 50 km/h on these parts of the path)
    - proposing winding/twisting roads with different levels, just like Tomtom and Garmin already do with their devices
    - allowing to create more than one step point to get the perfect itinerary
    - allowing the load of external files (such as .gpx for example) to create roadbooks on our computer (with Google Maps or else) and then send it to our smartphone.

    In brief, just a few things that would make Waze the perfect companion for motorcyclists, which is far from the case nowadays!

14. Voice reporting, second attempt

    If your voice is not understood for any reason, the waze app just cancels the report and you miss your opportunity to mark a hazard at an accurate location. Instead, if it said "I didn't quite catch that, could you say again?" While retaining the original position marker... I could have another try to enunciate a little better or speak up a little louder to get the report through without having to scramble to try to throw down a manual marker at highway speeds.

16. Fix the Prevent auto lock setting

    Prevent auto lock won't stay selected. It turns off dispite every effort I've made to turn it on. My screen turns off whiloe using waze.

19. Temporary recording of speed and location

    Please add a setting where you can record the last 2-5-10 minutes of a commute with speed, location and a timestamp. This could allow us to help defend ourselves against police errors. Ive been pulled over twice this year on the highway whit the cruise set to 120kph and the police told me they snapped me a 138 and 130 witch is not possible. It would be nice to have some kind of proof to back me up in the future. People could set this up when creating the account or even disable it for more speed in the app but people like me could use the temporary file to avoid abuse

    When travelling, you need to know where the stopping bays are. on the map you could either have them permanently or as a search button.
