1. Routing quality has plummeted after the Google acquisition - please get it back in shape!

   I am a passionate Waze user who has converted many friends to the app, and has become a top 4% reporting contributor (I don't participate at all in any other gamified apps or websites). But now my support is waning fast.

   Ever since Google bought Waze, routing has progressively become worse and worse. I initially switched to Waze because Google Maps routing had become horrible - inefficient routes when there were obviously better ways to go, etc. Waze does awesomely creative things like telling me to get off the freeway at an exit then immediately hop back on - Google never ever did that!

   Now Waze is infected by the same disease and I want to cry, as I live in a traffic-snarled Texas city and in the past Waze has saved me so much time – I don't want to lose my helpful friend!

   For example, a route I take 3 times a week stopped defaulting to or even offering as an option the path I always take (initially taught to me by Waze, and incredibly traffic-resistant and consistently fast). Instead, Waze gives me 3 often-traffic-snarled-and-unreliable options.

   In other spots in my home city, on a road I drive with Waze active 3+ times a day, Waze tells me to veer off the usual path on a new road that just got built. It thinks this would be faster, but it is obviously a poor idea, in addition to not being something that should be shown given how much route-training I've given Waze over the past 9+ months (100s of trips).

   Also, when I've been traveling recently, Waze has given me horrible routes, routes that were obviously bad even to someone who'd never been there before.

   I've tried reporting routing errors via the report feature in the app, but Map Editors have responded that they have no control over the macro issues I have reported. As well, it takes too much work to report micro issues, such as the consistent issue 2 paragraphs up with the single road I often drive. Map Editors don't see exactly what I see in the app nor my routing options (they said they see very little info).

   I first loved Waze because it was creative with routing, and then I became a top 4% user, and now I have no idea what to do....

2. We visited Miami and were directed by the Waze app to use the I-95 Express Lane.

   Unfortunately, we didn't have the required subscription so we were issued a $28 ticket.

3. Opção de aslfato ruim trepidações ,estradas vicinais e municipais de terra (sem pavimento)radares móveis e datas de rodízio por placas

   No Brasil as estradas são péssimas e cheias de trepidação seria viável se no Waze tivesse esse tipo de alerta que também pode ser usado na cidade

   Eppure, basterebbe non dare punti per chi aggiorna i prezzi dei carburanti senza correggere il prezzo. Ma che ci devono fa’ co’ ‘sti punti! Anzi, meglio: niente punti a nessuno. Chi li aggiorna, lo faccia per spirito di community, non per otto sfigati punti che non servono a niente. Oggi addirittura ne ho trovato uno con benzina a 1.256 e gasolio più alto. Ricordate quando hanno invertito la posizione dei prezzi? Quattro, cinque mesi fa? Era ancora così ma era stato appena dichiarato aggiornato dal solito pirata che nella mia zona se li fa tutti così. A mo basta. Qualcuno prenda in carico la mia proposta.

6. A minha ideia é que em vez de aparecer a bandeira do posto no aplicativo, colocar para aparecer o nome do posto. Seria mais fácil.

   É que quando colocamos para atualizar os preços dos posto na hora da procura só aparece a bandeira em vez do nome.
   E isso dificulta um pouco para saber qual posto ele se refere.

8. Fix Straight line distance/Real distance routing bug

   Waze won't calculate a route if the real distance is much longer than the straight line distance, please fix it :)

11. Make sure that a NZ person does the waze updates so we can don't need the accent which is hard to understand also

    Also make sure they tell you to turn right before you right there so you can change lanes if needed to, & don't say turn left now then find out OOPS one way st & I can.

12. Respondendo para “antigerme”

    Boa noite !
    Tentei responder a mensagem de antigerme , mas não consegui.
    Vou tentar explicar por aqui, pois não consegui descobrir como responder pelo app.

    Não é a primeira vez que coloco o destino como “Ceasa do Rio Vermelho” e o sistema me dá uma rota equivocada.
    A primeira vez, a indicação era seguir até último retorno da av .Lucaia , quando na verdade o retorno em frente ao Ceasa é suficiente para chegar ao destino e estacionar lá dentro .
    Da segunda vez , como estava mais congestionado , o sistema me mandou entrar na Alameda dos Ipês, dar uma volta enorme, pois considerou que o retorno em frente ao Ceasa não era suficiente , mas foi !!!
    Não sei se consegui me fazer entender , mas estou à disposição para maiores esclarecimentos .
    Na próxima semana irei novamente ao mesmo endereço e caso não tenha sido corrigido , tentarei explicar melhor ...

14. Better setting of sound source

    When driving, I like to get the notifications and instructions on the phone speaker, but it always reverts to sound via the car.
    My phones are iPhone6 and X, and the car is BMW or Audi. It does not seem to make a difference between the cars or phones.

16. Ability to increase font size.

    Those of us who see distance fine but need reading glasses could use the abolity to increase street name and POI size. It's one if the reasons why I don't use Waze as often as I'd like to.

    Answer people’s questions! Everything I’ve seen about color schemes never answer the continuing issue about the colors used are defined! Even worse, No matter how many people ask the color schemes (especially purple) have never been answered.
