Customize Your Route
There should be a way where you can customize your own route, especially if you want to take scenic routes that you might not know the directions, while having the same benefits that Waze offers (navigation, police, traffic, etc).
I was just on a drive that I took six different highways on my own before meeting up to the Waze route and I had to turn my Waze off because it kept re-routing me to the "fastest" route... If I was able to plan my route and customize it to the route I want to take, that would be awesome.…

Dos d'âne
Pouvez vous créer une signalisation pour les dos d'âne qui deviennent une vrai calamité sur nos routes. Voir même de permettre de sélectionner d'éviter les dos d'ânes dans la navigation.

previous locations when you press the search button should pop up
when you press the search button, it should automatically give you a list of the last few places you've been to oftentimes. we always go to the same locations and it's impossible to do so while you're driving. that should also be done while you're driving. you should be able to press the search button and give you the last few places you've been to. it's impossible to do so now. you have to actually pull over in a safe location and enter the information. this is very dangerous and unsafe that's why I keep reverting back to Google maps.…

Add navigate to dropped pin on touch screen head unit
I have a Kenwood touch screen head unit. AA Waze will not allow me to navigate to a dropped pin on the screen. Please add this feature.

Serait-il possible a partir de l historique de navigation, de récupérer la vitesse GPS en un point précis. Cela permettrait de lever le doute lors d un contrôle de vitesse.?

missing borderlines

Calculate Average speed zone - as on TomTom Ami go did it.
Calculating your average speed in zones would be great. TomTom Ami go free navigation did it already. And I’m sure Waze has the same capacity to do that.

CarPlay road hazard button layout
On the icon that pops up and asks if a car/hazard/cop is “still there” or “not there” the buttons should be in a portrait orientation instead of a landscape orientation. It will be easier to tap.

iOS 16 CarPlay Bugs
After the update to iOS 16, the Waze alerts changed their appearance with CarPlay. They no longer show distance, just one dull close button.

Notes to self
My mind wanders as I drive and a lot of the time I will think of important things that need to be done/revisited when I am not driving. It would be really nice if there was a way to somehow record notes to myself as I drive that I can then access when I am safely at my destination.
