Add Uservoice plugin to iPhone client
UserVoice are currently developing a uservoice plugin for the iPhone. It would be great to see this added to waze when it's finished.

geotagged photo's
Add a function to take geotagged photo's and show them on the map. This way you can take a picture of a street sign, and later enter the street name in cartouche without having to look it up on another map

Loading Status
I find that usually waze appears to load quite quickly, but will then freeze intermittently and loosing GPS lock whilst actually finishing 'loading' (Contacting server etc). It would be good it some form of message or progress bar could be shown so that it is obvious that it is still loading and not actually frozen

Evitar vias não pavimentadas às vezes é algo necessário devido às péssimas condições de algumas estradas de terra por aí. E essa opção teria grande valia mesmo se aumentasse muito o trajeto, digo até mesmo 4 vezes, já que mais vale andar 200 Km numa via pavimentada do que 50Km em uma estrada de terra terrível que é preciso andar a 15Km/h

Traffic light countdowns
I’m not sure if you’ve seen this already, but 99 (a major ride-hailing app in Brazil, similar to Uber) provides its drivers with Google Maps showing traffic light countdowns — how long each light stays green and how long it stays red.
Wouldn’t Waze, which is actually the more advanced navigation app, be able to include this feature as well? It really helps drivers reduce stress and uncertainty (speaking for myself here).
Just to clarify: I’m referring to a feature already available in São Paulo, Brazil, and likely in other major Brazilian cities too.

Outlines for “area” place types (App/Livemap)
Currently, polygons representing “area” place types in the app and in Livemap are rendered in an overly simplified way, using a uniform fill with no visible outlines. This design choice reduces visual clarity when distinguishing between adjacent areas. In cases where one area is located inside another, the label of the inner area appears to “float” over the outer one, with no clear indication of its limits.

Add Navigard traffic control [ITALY]
Since Januarry 1st, 2026 the highway system in Italy added a new trafic control system called NAVIGARD.
As affected routes are public, would be super usefull to have it as a new alert type in WAZE.Thank you for considering.

Have you thought about making a Biker Waze? Most bikers i know use waze but it could be taylored for then with some tweaks.
Make a biker waze that has add-ons taylored for the bikers needs, for instance a community tab where the biker community can put events going on for those traveling and that's open to the public, even a sos tab for bikers that break down. Bikers will go out of their way to help other bikers. There are a lot more ideas that I have so hit me up and let's make it happen. Something I'd even pay a monthly fee for if done correctly.

Estimado equipo de Waze,
Por medio de la presente, quisiera sugerir la incorporación de una alerta específica para carriles reversibles, especialmente pensada para países de Centroamérica.
En varias ciudades de la región existen carriles cuyo sentido de circulación cambia según el horario (mañana/tarde/noche), y actualmente Waze no siempre refleja esta condición de forma clara, lo que puede generar confusión, maniobras peligrosas o infracciones involuntarias por parte de los conductores.
La propuesta sería:
- Incluir una alerta de “Carril Reversible” visible en el mapa.
- Permitir definir horarios de cambio de sentido.
- Mostrar advertencias al conductor cuando circule en horarios críticos.

Carplay
Ios 26.2.1-re frissítettem az iPhone-om és azóta az apple carplay tükrözés az autón vizuálisan nem megfelelő. Bár a rendszer továbbra is jól működik, a probléma az, hogy az új frissítéssel tul kicsik lettek a karakterek és ez nehezíti a számok leolvasását. Hiába van nagy kijelző az autómban a frissítéssel mind a bal also sarokban található érkezés ideje ablak mind a jobb oldalon lévő keresés ikon iszonyúan kicsi lett. Kérdezném, hogy a jövőben várható-e a régebbi nagyobb ikonok használata vagy azokat beallítás szinten újra elérhetővé teszik?

En route alert volume too loud on Android
The current alert sound and volume makes everyone jump, every time. Why have you made it so piercingly and frighteningly loud?
It wasn't so terrifying before, and worked well, so there was no need to change it.
Seems to be only on Android devices that this happens, and cannot be adjusted within Waze or in the device settings.

Waze driving profiles
I am using waze while Driving my car and I am also using waze while driving my motorcycle.
While using my car, I do not use alerts. While driving my motorcycle I am using a lot of alerts because you cannot check your Phone so often.
I think a new feature using different profiles for different vehicles would be very nice for a lot of people1 vote -
Bring back the old apps interface for Speed Cameras
Please change back to the old design when alerting to speed cameras - the new look doesn't have enough of an impact.

Realizar las alertas con más antelación para tener más tiempo de reaccionar. Últimamente recibo los avisos muy encima de los hechos
