Add option to add sound decibel readers
NYC specifically in the 5 boroughs of new york as well as a couple of other states started a program for sound decibel readers to be installed through out the city in other words noise cameras for cars and motorcycles. NYC has always been a loud place so this is un necessary. Map & Command more like Google!
PLEASE READ & VOTE!!
Instead of “Turn right / left in .1 miles” (esp. for in-town and city driving) change to Google-like commands (e.g.- “At the next light / stop sign, turn right/left) and SHOW Device - light or sign at corners - on the map, as such - sign or light).
Doing so also helps to know HOW MANY lights or signs remain between you and your next turn.
It’s impractical to watch your mileage in these conditions. It’s more “natural” - as when someone is telling you directions in the passenger seat - to look for the next…2 votes -
Retrospective report submission
The option to retrospectively report an alert for other drivers. Reporting alerts such as collisions, police activity, petrol prices etc can’t and shouldn’t really be done while driving (if driving alone) - but once at a standstill, or at your destination, the option to scroll back down your route and place the alert at the location worth mentioning would be ideal. - the orange button to do so only appears while en-route and your map “centered” using the compass, which takes you away from where you want to report the activity.

In case I am so used to using a road that I do not see the new signs they put up telling me I can no longer drive through it.

AES location in malaysia
AES in Malaysia is pointed at the opposite lanes, the waze alert is mentioned in our lane but the opposite lane camera is not mentioned. Please alert the user of all AES camera areas. Thank you.

Alert for what is causing a delay and where the delay
Can an alert be added for when a delay on a route is x minutes or percentage longer (user defined length) longer than typical as soon as the user enters the desired location and the routes are calculated? This way the user would see more than just the additional time, but understand where it is and how long the delay is currently expected to be.

Train stopped on tracks notification
There has been a train stopped on the tracks for a few months blocking the road, and the map keeps taking me this route. It would be great to have a report feature for stopped trains.

Speed alerts ,audio speed changes,school zones
…I use Waze to help give me audio alert when I go over the speed limit. Only thing is that it only alerts you one time and if you go over the speed limit again it will not alert you. I would find it very beneficial but it alerts you every time you go over the speed limit. I would also would like to have school zones added and alerted. And possibly have speed limit decrease to 20 mph when school zones are active with audio alerts. I live in a very small town and is known to have speed5 votes -
Animals no longer in hazard option
The recent update took animals out of hazard options when using Android connected to car. I saw it in the app when I disconnect from car but it doesn't show up on my car screen when connected anymore.
Also, like MANY others say PLEASE add an option to put animals ON ROAD.
On another note, much needed add stop to route!

Eu faço 80 km por dia, e muitas vezes apanho polícia no sentido contrário ao que vou.
Era interessante haver um aviso que nos permitisse avisar os outros wazers que vêm em sentido contrário de que vão apanhar polícia, assim como veículos na berma.Obrigada

Regular Route
enable a regular route feature, and an alert if there is a change to it. user can configure the varying degree of change it wants to be alerted on (accident, road closure, heavy traffic, light traffic, etc), and when (immediately or 30mins before certain time).

There are three very useful things missing to make driving safer: 1. Speed traps alerts if speed limit drops ahead, a warning of change will do. 2. Exit speeds beyond a delta; you might be on 65 limit with short ramp at 25 exit unfamiliar with rain at night is dangerous. 3. Save preferred routes like roads you like leaving your town because of deer, fog, blind turns, or whatever drive your preference without having to put your destination and then a stop to force a route or else reroute messages come at every corner
