Suggestion for the Waze Suggestion Box. Please add a spam Button. When more than 3 spam votes on it and no comments delete/disable/hide. I would like to set up a rss feed on my pc. With no spam filtering it would be unusable. It will probably improve the interaction with the suggestion box . Greetings

Movable Reports Button
Have movable Reports button. Newer vehicles have wide infotainment screens and here in the US the reporting button is to the far right on the screen. If it could be moved to the left (drivers) side allows for much easier access.

Upozornění na blížící se vozidla IZS
Bylo by možné do aplikace přidat funkci hlášení integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS)? Konkrétně, když se za vozidlem nachází vůz IZS (např. sanitka, hasiči, policie) se zapnutými majáky, aby bylo možné jedním kliknutím odeslat upozornění ostatním uživatelům v okolí. Ti by pak dostali včasnou informaci, že se blíží vozidlo IZS a mohou na něj včas reagovat (uhnout, vytvořit záchranářskou uličku apod.).
Tato funkce by mohla výrazně pomoci plynulosti a bezpečnosti provozu, a zároveň zrychlit průjezd vozidel IZS v krizových situacích.

Add navigation for on water and in air so you can use Waze when your on a boat and on a plane or helicopter and make it so can see planes.
If your on a plane you can get directions and see other flights and other apps can show you flights so Waze can do it to and on water will be super useful you see police boats and other stuff and make it switchable in the app so you can switch to land to water to air and maybe even add to google maps because Waze might merge with google maps because they own Waze.

Every time I open another app Waze just runs in the background. It would be much easier if You could keep the minimized floating screen up so you don’t have to tap that tiny blue button up in the corner, and so you can do other stuff while using the app. This is a feature on Google Maps.3 votes -
Improve the Android Automotive version.
I would like the Waze version for Android Automotive to be as good as the mobile version, in addition to adding some options that are necessary while driving.
1-In the Android Automotive version, the radar alerts do not emit any sound, making it completely useless, as you won't be looking at the screen continuously while driving.
Moreover, the other alerts only emit a notification sound, and when it sounds, you have to look at the screen to know what danger is approaching, diverting your attention from the road.
All alerts should be like in the mobile version, with a voice…

GPX Tracking option
Dear,
I would like to see a possibility to track an unplanned, random route that I drive live so that it can be loaded into Waze and navigated afterwards by myself or someone else, with whom I can then share the route.

I’d like to propose a Visual GPS Mode to make navigation more accessible for deaf and hard-of-hearing drivers. This mode would provide clear visual turn indicators, distance countdowns, and optional haptic alerts, allowing safe and independent navigation without relying on voice directions.
I believe this feature aligns with Waze’s community-first philosophy and could enhance engagement while empowering all drivers. Feedback, collaboration, or pilot testing ideas from the Waze community would be greatly appreciated.

iOS support for cluster screen
The Waze app does not support My 2022 Ford Transit Connect cluster screen when I use my iPhone, is there a way to update so it support the cluster screen. I’ve noticed my daughter’s android connects with Google Maps into my cluster screen.

Functionality requests
For the online version -
Need to be able to add and manage saved favorites just like on GMaps.
Need to be able to see my saved places on the map just like on GMaps.For the in-car version -
Need to be able to touch a spot on the map and save it as a favourite or navigate to it or add it to the route Just like on Google Maps.
Need to be able to touch on a map icon and get more info about what it is, ie a crash, speed camera etc.
For alerting other drivers…

Hoogte voertuig
De optie om de hoogte van het voertuig in te geven bij de instellingen, en de keuze om hier meldingen over te ontvangen. Aansluitend ook alternatieve routes voor te stellen. Bij lage tunnels of bruggen is dit zeker nuttig.

Lista completa de indicaciones en la ruta
Por favor, añadan la lista de giros a la integración con Android Auto!
En Android auto sería muy útil poder desplegar la lista de los siguientes giros para poder anticiparte (como en la aplicación de móvil), porque muchas veces es confuso.
Siempre quiero saber los detalles de la ruta seleccionada; a veces, Waze simplemente se equivoca o conozco una manera mejor.
Ahora mismo, los usuarios seguimos las indicaciones ciegamente y no conocemos más de un giro a la vez.

Alert Signal ahead
Dear Waze Team,
I strongly recommend adding voice alerts for upcoming traffic.
Traffic signals are placed even on straight roads with no intersections
The sunlight glare during peak hours makes signal visibility very difficult.
Pedestrian crossings and school zones have signals with no visual cues from afar
This feature would significantly improve safety, reduce violations, and help drivers who are new to the city or unfamiliar with signal placement.
Even a simple alert like:
“⚠️ Traffic signal ahead”
... would make a huge difference, especially during bright, blinding weather conditions.Google Maps already displays traffic lights. Since Waze is owned…

Waze to have an option not to play sound from CarPlay as default
Currently regardless how the sound was set, Waze will always put sound on CarPlay as default and it cannot be changed. However due to some reason, I will need it to play throught my Bluetooth headset instead. Please have this option that available so that I can choose where to sound play from.

The new voice feature to report issues on the map, is complete garbage.
You can’t even turn it off! You disable the feature and the phone still forces the voice capture to activate but then it errors out… It does nothing but kick off the radio and delay the ability to report something. I think having the option of using voice is great, but I also would like to have the option of keeping it how it was… As a passenger in the car it’s extremely annoying every time you go to report something that you see on the road that there’s this loud sound that is activated and your radio gets forced…

Truck Driver friendly
I would love to see a truck driver (class A and class B) friendly to where truck drivers can see height of bridges and the maximum weight capacity it holds. This would open up some much more interest for people and increase usage. My spouse hates google maps and Apple Maps because they never work for him he loves wazes but wishes it incorporates truck drivers. Please take this into consideration I would appreciate it so much thank you.

Australian School Zones (40kmh) Alert
In Australia we have School Zones around all schools to ensure the safety of children around schools. In the majority of the Australian states this is a set period of Monday to Friday 8:00am to 9:30am and 2:30pm to 4:00pm. It would be great to create an alert of some sort, during these times and turn off the alert outside these times. Thank You

Eliminate buggy interface
Toll notification in Android auto turns off turn by turn completely when pop up is closed. Make it work without telling me about tolls for hours.
