Not an idea but no other category worked
Waze sends you to the wrong location when you type in 901 E State Highway 114, Grapevine, TX, 76051. 901 is the address of Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. The location it sends you to is the Cedar Ridge Office Park at 950 E State Highway 114, Southlake, TX, 76092, about 5 miles further west. In trying to figure out why, I noticed that both Redfin and Zillow mistakenly list Cedar Ridge OP as being at 901. Google has the address correct. My service advisor at Lexus said that the customers who have ended up at the wrong address have…

Neighborhood mode
It would be nice to be able to set a radius around your home location to mute voice directions. Users already know how to get out of their neighborhood so voice instructions are not needed. The radius could be adjusted based on the user’s knowledge of their neighborhood.

Cardinal directions on the map!
Cardinal directions on the map! GPS often can't tell which way you're facing immediately so you can't tell which way wazs is telling you to take your first tirn, causing you to need to guess which way to take said first turn, ESPECIALLY when there are no road signs to tell you which road waze is talking about, and when Murphy's law kicks in and you take the wrong first turn you end up cussing at waze and doing a pointless uturn that could have been avoided of waze was clear about which way it thinks is right/left on xyz…

Improve the way that traffic reporting works in cities
Avid Urban waze users like myself often find that our traffic reports will only cover a tiny segment of road, often only 100 or 200 ft. It seems this behavior has something to do with the way that the roads are segmented. There have been many times that I will be in traffic on an urban road in Chicago, report the traffic to help the community, and see that my report barely extends in front of and behind the icon of my vehicle. I'll either spam traffic reports every couple hundred feet while I'm in traffic to cover more length…

Carpool/HOV lane detection
Give us the option to comletely disable Carpool/HOV lane detection.
For two years now the app keeps telling me to leave the carpool lane every 1 to 2 miles, even when I am not in the carpool lane. Please give us an option to completely disable the lane detection so I can enter or exit it whenever I want to.2 votes -

Op Android auto, kan ik geen complete wegafsluiting meer doorgeven, enkel een afgesloten rijstrook (linker/rechter/middelse). Hierdoor blijft de navigatie je over een afgesloten rijbaan sturen. Het onderscheid in een rijbaan en rijstrook zou fijn zijn, zodat de route automatisch aangepast wordt door afsluiting.

Multiple car profiles for those with more than one car
Most families have more than one car. Often those cars are different and may have different fuel systems, such as petrol, diesel, and electric. That means refuelling stations are different, and also permits. In London, a BEV is UL EZ exempt, and congestion charge exempt. But a diesel has to pay ULEZ and congestion charges. So routing, etc would be different. So having different profiles for each car and being able to select them when starting out or planning would be most useful. 1)I need the directions to reference something I see out the window. I don’t care if the locals call it “Webster-Basin-Springs RD” …. what’s on the road sign is State 333 off of US 60 South west of Irvington, **. You’ll need google maps/apple maps to find this reference. Waze only shows the name which cannot be seen on the road.
Waze CONSTANTLY uses a reference which is NOT on the roadway signs.

Media Control
It would be nice to have the option to have some form of media controls always showing because it is irritating having to press to open the controls and then the action you want. A small but impactful change. Otherwise love the app best in its class

Display time to leave in plan a drive
Dynamic time to leave and length of travel is more important than just seeing the arrival time on a planned drive. Travel times vary so these information are vital.
