Bug reports on app should be easy!
As there was no bug report link in the app, I used map problem, and my bug report got rejected, not forwarded to the right people, so immature and unconstructive. I went to the link on the email rejecting it and that did not support bug reporting. So I am here, putting in 2 bug reports, the original problem and the lack of openness to constructive user feedback. Chrome has "Report an issue!" Waze is losing focus?

Please allow business owners to easily claim or add, and manage their business locations. I am a marketing manager of a franchise business with multiple physical locations across the country. I checked Waze and most of our locations are completely missing. I am unable to add any location because of the map editor restrictions regarding my physical location. Bouncing an alert on the "prayer of the road" at the city of the city.

2 major bugs affecting Carplay
For many months now Waze has had 2 infuriating bugs in Carplay
1) Stops dynamically rerouting if I try to check alternative routes. To get it to return to normal I have to close the alternative routes screen on my car's infotainment screen (OK, that's normal), but then I also need to pick up and unlock my phone so I can close the alternative routes display on the phone as well. Until I do that, Waze gets stuck following the highlighted route and stops rerouting if I deviate from the highlighted route. It took me MONTHS to figure out what…

user defined button
Have a couple of user defined buttons on the main screen, so that the user can define what these are for, for their most used functions - my car uses a steering wheel control to navigate around Waze, so to report a pothole (there are many where I live), I have to go down about 4 levels (I think from memory) to get to the pothole button - on steering wheel navigation, that can take 10 seconds, and at 60mph, I'm already around 900 feet away from the hazard. Mute specific notifications at specific locations
I want to know about cars on shoulder, hazards on road etc but I want to be be able to mute specific alerts by location : I know there is a speed camera and pot holes on my normal route and want to mute those but not mute all other items for same items on the rest of my drive. Shouldn’t be an all or nothing alert system. Need a MUTE THIS NOTIFICATION FOR THIS LOCATION ONLY option.

Hamburger menu
In iOS the touchscreen is off, but only on the hamburger menu, where you have to touch the intended item above to select the item you’re wanting to execute. Example: to sleep, you have to touch help and support. Bring back the old menu to sleep, or fix the glitch please!

carpool
Turn carpool notice OFF !! Retired and drive by myself almost every day. I don't need the Carpool suggestion coming on every time I drive. Really dangerous when using Waze at night and that pops up. It covers my screen and have to tap it to get back to map.

Fix the Android Auto Coolwalk version
The new version that supports the split view for Android Auto Coolwalk is awful. It completely kills off the main reason why people use the app, reporting.
This version makes me less safe on the road because it requires more interaction on the screen for me to report items. Furthermore, the reporting button is now incredibly small, which requires more focus on the screen to hit it while driving. The combination of more time looking at the screen and having to focus directly on it is a dangerous combination.

Increase size of speed icons and location on monitot
Speed icons too small on hi res monitors. Need 1x and 2x size options to increase size. Locations of icons need options for left side off monitor which is closer to driver. Default is for left side only.

Multiple vehicles
A quick way to toggle settings between two or more vehicles. When I drive my truck I use the expressways, I use alerts only, and diesel is preferred. When I ride my motorcycle I don't use expressways, I turn on navigation since my phone stays in my pocket, and premium gas is preferred. A way to save particular settings when toggling between private and motorcycle would be appreciated.

Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2023 and this idea won't be implemented this year.
