Make a Map showing Internet Coverage blackouts...
...to show to Cell Phone companies in order to fix it.
The map would be self-explanatory and self-feeding.

In this case, I would suggest an integration with OpenSignal app, which has a very complete, crowsourced map of cell coverage all over the world.
