Fix routes from the SF to East Bay
If you're going from the south part of the city to East Bay, Waze will tell you to take 280 North, get off on 6th, and get onto I-80 in the South Beach area (Harrison or Bryant Street), rather than take 101 North to 80 East. However, this route gets backed up often, and Waze doesn't take this into account. My ETA will increase 15-20 minutes while waiting to get onto the freeway. While it's hard to dynamically generate an accurate ETA if an unknown situation pops up (accident, etc.), the traffic is already there, so I think the algorithm is incorrectly calculating the time it takes to go through the surface streets and onto the freeway.
