"Do not disturb" - silence for safety
There are apps that block or mute messages and calls that interrupt the driver. Though, One must be aware, remember and start these apps before every ride. I recommend Adding a "silence" option in waze setting. The option should allow to block calls,messages, FB etc. individually or all at once.

Yes this will be very useful. Just Recently just about 100m to make a turn, someone calls me and almost make me drive in different path... (there are 2 path to the left.)

Additionally, Waze could send an automatic message / or voice message to whom called.
Example: "I'm driving now, you can reach me at AM0:00..."
Or a customized user voice message. (like an old answering machine) :D -

Hello.
I was thinking about an option to withhold(prevent ) from a phone call to enter while using waze app...
This is very annoying to get a phone call while using it.
So maybe you can add sliding button on/off blocking phone calls.

While one drives one should be totally focuse on driving and needs the option to filter noises. Some drivers wouldn't want to get incoming calls or messages while they drive.
The suggested solution : add a button "filter noises" in order to decline incoming calls with an sms message and not get notification for messaging apps until the driver gets to his destination. -

With all the accident do to telephone use, I think this a wonderful and absolutely needed idea!
