Free road - Green road
Let us see not only the traffic jams. Let us see the free road. Free roads may be highlighted in green. This will help to better assess the condition of the roads.

Use the traffic light light system. Green roads no issue, orange has minor issues, red serious delays. Toll roads could have another colour. Maybe only the other possible routes should be highlighted green ?

Green is a bad idea, considering in an atlas; green are toll roads.

I think this feature would be helpful for the reasons apbarrett stated - so we know that a road's traffic is good opposed to not having data.

Moreover, Russia has a navigator Yandex. He points to the road without traffic jams green. And this is not in any way interfere with navigation and orientation on the map.

I like this idea. Especially in areas where there are not many users of the program, it would be very helpful when planning a route.

In an area where there are many waze users, it may be reasonable to assume "road is not yellow/orange/red" implies "no traffic jam". However, in an area with few waze users, it may mean simply "nobody has travelled here recently".
It would be useful to have "green" implies "no traffic jam" and "no colour" implies "no recent data". But only for major roads, or for roads which frequently experience traffic jams; it would not be good to display a green trail along all the minor roads travelled by the only waze user in a particular area.
