    I agree with "Ice on Road." In the winter in Michigan this is frequent and would be more accurate than just reporting "snow". Perhaps "Slippery" or "Low Traction" would be more generic, if desired.

    There should also probably be a stalled-car for Hazard on Road.

    I think this feature would be helpful for the reasons apbarrett stated - so we know that a road's traffic is good opposed to not having data.

    How would Waze determine who is abusing and who is reporting properly? I'm not sure how this could be practically implemented.
